Room was neat and clean and manager behavior was good but some rooms are cozy at that prices

Initially very small room was given, also toilet jet was leaking. But, after raising an issue immediately room was changed. Second room given was spacious and luxurious. This is one of the best options to stay at Jaipur.

The stay was very comfortable, staff was very pleasant and service was good. Best part was the indoor games which they have kept outside so we can spend some time playing them.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable environment from the moment you enter. Location is good, food is also good amenities needs to improve like i was there for 2 days tv was not working, kettle was also not working, staff is good but one thing for unmarried couple you have mention we allow but when i reached you are saying we don't allow and all update your rules clearly so anyone can read and then book.

I recently stayed at Palm Inn, a boutique luxury hotel located right in the heart of Jaipur. The rooms in the new section are really good — spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable, giving a nice touch of modern boutique style. The staff was polite and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. There was no fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. The biggest issue was with food availability — the hotel doesn’t have a proper kitchen setup, so we had to order from Zomato or step out every day for meals. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d recommend it for the comfortable rooms and location, but don’t expect in-house dining options. A good choice for a short or business stay if food is not your main concern.

best stay so far by all means. Literally no comparisons of the vibe. Their staff are available 24/7 for whatever you need. Very polite and helpfull staff. Really really good. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel was cozy with good interior’s. Not a very big hotel, ok for transit types. Service was good except the food. Breakfast was limited, one has to choose one item for breakfast with limited quantity.

Room was average. Food was pathetic specially dinner. For basic needs like bottled water they need to go market. However staff was very polite. But management has to look for this basic needs.

Not a professional service given by the property I also connected with property owner and update him about issues but can't get any solution Issues are mentioned below 1- Included Breakfast - They have only 1 item in breakfast which is Poha or Paratha or egg bread any one only 2- Included Lunch or dinner - they have only 1 option for dinner which is Dal, 4 Roti, Rice and Bhindi bhujiya nothing else. 3- No Internet connectivity 4- No tea coffee kit in the room

We stayed here and it was just like an another home in Jaipur. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Baby can be comfortable as they have provided kitchen facility. Staff is so cooperative and kind. Whenever I will go Jaipur this is my only choice to stay. It's a nice place for young people as there living area and rooftop is so happening.
