Terrible experience. Not at all professional. This stay was a mistake. Rooms were terribly smelling. Not at all clean. The power went off at night for too long and we had to leave the hotel at mid night. Staffs were not even caring. The proper way is to file a complaint in consumer court regarding these kind of hotels which has no value for customers money. ' *my worst booking and worst stay ever* i traveled as family. Rooms were not at all clean and was smelling really bad. Staff was not at all professional. Pool was not functioning, restaurant was not functioning, breakfast not included as mentioned. We had to order in zomato from an outside restuarant. At night power went off and we couldn't sleep. I have brought my 1 year old kid also with me. So we had to leave the hotel at midnight and the staff was not even caring. In one word, this is pure *cheating*. I am surprised that, why these kind of hotels are listed in a site like 'make my trip' without even proper verification of the property details.

Poor service no tv in both rooms ac not cooling no intercom phone no hot water breakfast not ready before 8. 00am no filtered drinking water not worth for money. Not a good stay

My family had a wonderful relaxing stay at palm-leaves beach resort for 6 days. It is right on the beach with lots of coconut trees around. You will see very few people at beach and gives you a feel like a private beach villa stay. The room was very spacious, clean and have balcony with excellent sea view. The swimming pool added more fun to our stay here. Perfect for a peaceful vacation in a secluded place! the food served in breakfast and dinner was traditional kerala style and very tasty. Owner mr. Mathew is a very kind and generous person, and always available for help. He was prompt to arrange things we needed and made sure we had an excellent stay there. Thank you, mr. Mathew!
