Palm Residency Calicut

We booked for two standard double rooms AC for two nights. Though check in time was after 12 noon and reported there by 3 pm, rooms were ready for occupation after waiting for around 45 minutes. Our return journey was booked in an early morning train and hence had to get ready before 5.30 am which we felt was a bit difficult due to shortage of water in bathrooms. However after alerting the night duty staff about the water problem and waiting for some time, we got ready and somehow managed to reach railway station on time. Rooms were neatly maintained. Situated in an ideal location. But food not available.

Hotel is very close to kozhikode railway station in palayam. Centrally located, all business areas, Palm Residency Calicuts are nearby. Very warm reception, helpful staff. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Rooms were neat & clean. Bed linen was clean. Ac was in good condition bath room was very neat made me very happy. Complimentary breakfast and tea was served. Autos and ola taxis are available. They provide room service also. Over all good stay and good experience.

We stayed in calicut palm residency from 20may23 to21 may 23 ac double room. Room was very neat and clean however little conjusted. The size of the room is9*10. No table for food is availablr in the room. Some stains found on the bedsheet. The bed is enough to accommodate three people. Complementary break fast available at the property. No restaurant attached however they hsve arranged food as ordered. Overall experince is good.

The overall stay was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for a mobile charger and they provided it without any hesitation. The bathroom was neat and tidy with hot water available all the time. It is centrally located so all the famous places were easily accessible like sm street, rahmath restaurant, calicut beach etc. The only drawback is that the rooms are a little small in size but overall very satisfied. Very nice location, peace full area good staffs. Near in calicut city and beach, hilite mall. Room services is awesome included the complimentary breakfast egg sandwich and tea this Palm Residency Calicut very comfortable for family and bachelors

Very good place to stay i think new building room is small comparatively. Good bed. Given only 1 soap (size of a blade) as toiletries brush and paste given for extra charge for 25rs. Toilet is clean and hygiene overall satisfied

The place is right in the middle of the city, with easy access to beach, railway station, restaurants, mall etc. Rooms are small, but very clean and hygienic, comfortable. Must recommended if you are in calicut for a short stay

Stay was within the city itself. But i enjoyed my stay calm and quiet atmosphere. Room was neat and toilet was also good. Morning breakfast was provided. Aver-all good.

It was really good stay. Staffs were very friendly and they gave us complimentary breakfast also.

Cheap and good. Very near to town

Very good staff, no hassle whatsoever. The only problem i faced was with the bed which gave me some bug bite marks

everything was fine, except bathroom, little bit stinky.

I stayed as a single person for two overnight visit. It was the perfect size and space for what i needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Value for money room. Rooms are clean and tidy. They provided bath towels, soap and drinking water.

Decent room with tv. The rooms are good and welll maintained. The staff was supportive and very friendly.

They need to be organised, there was no towel provided until we ask, also the bed sheet was too old and used, was not clean
