A decent budget stay with kitchen. The best part of the room was the shower. It had good water pressure and was very enjoyable, which is difficult to find in this region, especially if you had a cottage stay. This is a little inside from the main road but not really a problem if you have a vehicle. Benaulim beach is very close by and good food options around. Do try olio's indian italian restaurant. If you have a big family, it is possible to request in advance to have rooms on the same floor. There are 3 rooms on each floors. Pros 1. Budget friendly 2. Good amenities considering the pricing 3. Very clean 4. Induction plate and kitchenette provided. 5. Quiet and peaceful 6. Perfect for budget stays with families 7. Cloths drying stand, 2 chairs, tv with music, movie and cartoon channels cons: 1. No reception/service/intercom facilities (which is declared already while choosing the stay) 2. Little away from the main road considering the price, a good one night stay

We stayed in this property with my 2 yr old for 3 days. The property is beautiful,calm ,very well maintained and rooms are spacious and were cleaned regularly by the staff, swimming pool was clean. It had a small kitchenette which was very helpful to cook quick snacks for my kid. The beach is nearby. We enjoyed our stay 😊

The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities i needed and more. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Aesthetics and beauty of staying place was so good. Owner and caretaker of place were very gentle and helpful. Location was very convenient. Very serene and natural environment. Swimming pool was in very good condition. Kitchen was very well equipped. Overall very beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

The place offers a tranquil stay at the cheapest prices south goa has to offer. It's a bit on the inside but still located in the heart of benaulim with many options for eating out and shopping. The rooms are clean and well maintained with all basic amenities.

Had an awesome stay. The room can be a bit better but the property with the pool surrounded by full of trees and nature is absolutely amazing. The silence with only nature speaking is a superb experience to have in this property.

Our stay was Short, however the hospitality was good, nicely maintained property, all amenities provided as mentioned. Property got a nice pool and lot of trees. A picturesque location❤️

Amazing place in midst on greenery, spacious room, kids friendly, good view from balcony. Food options- zomato and there are my shacks in the area.
