We recently visited Nashik and decided to stay at Palm Springs. Oh boy, the property is absolutely lavish and spotless! The front desk staff was polite, the food was great, and the rooms were exceptionally good. Loved the interiors and overall quality. Breakfast was delicious too. The facility was excellent in terms of amenities. The breakfast spread was good and they have valet parking. The rooms are spacious and the service is fast. One star has been deducted for minor glitches - AC was not turned on when we checked in in the rooms and the keys were not working properly. There was a small stain on the pillow cover of one of the pillows. They were quickly resolved though and we had a fantastic stay.

Property is not worth at all, it's over priced, no activities for kids at all except swimming pool, it's a wastage of going there with kids, beds were too small for a family and the time of billing they charged extra when we already paid at the time of booking so people should be careful while check out they don't have internal coordination at all. Food was good.
