Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Jai's Palm Stay Apart, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped foot into the property, I was greeted by the warm and friendly receptionist, Sahil. He displayed genuine hospitality and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in process and answering all my queries with a smile. Throughout my stay, the owner, Mr. Jai, made sure to personally check in on guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that everyone's needs were met. His hands-on approach and friendly demeanor made me feel valued and well taken care of. The caretaker, Naresh bhai, deserves special mention for his outstanding service. He was always attentive, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing extra towels, arranging transportation, or offering suggestions for local attractions, Naresh bhai was knowledgeable and always ready to assist. The property itself was remarkable. The facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The cleanliness of the premises was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff deserves praise for their attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the Palm Stay - Studios & Rooms's restaurant. The on-site dining experience was delightful, with a wide array of delicious dishes to choose from. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive and courteous, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The location of the Palm Stay - Studios & Rooms was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. Whether I needed to explore the city or unwind after a busy day, the Palm Stay - Studios & Rooms's central location provided a perfect base. The room is very spacious, bedroom separate from kitchen and living space. It feels like a mini home- not Palm Stay - Studios & Rooms vibes. You can cook as well. Amenities includes fridge, ac, smart tv, microwave, cooking essentials, ro. If you are planning for like more than 2 days trip, this is the right place. Staff is polite and respect your privacy. Their food is super tasty. We tried pizza, lemon soda and north indian and we didn't regret ordering. Only con is it's located away from jaipur attractions. So you have to travel more but it's jaipur- you'll hardly see any traffic on road unlike delhi and bangalore :p we reached wt p in less than 30 mins from here.

Everything was smooth except 2 things: 1. We were asked for 500 extra as checkin cost but i think it was a misunderstanding between the staff and the owner as it was an early check in and i had a discussion with the owner on this. But when we checked-in, the owner was not present and hence the confusion. It was resolved when i raised the issue to mmt. 2. The door lock key was not working. So every time, we went outside, we had to ask for a spare key to open which they took back after opening. This was our second stay as the property feels like home )

the stay was comfortable, very clean rooms and good ambience. food here was so amazing that it will be my go to place now. The location is nice 👍 I Booked deluxe room, I saw the studio rooms as well and they all are were furnished and squeak clean . Very less properties offer this kind of hygiene these days. I would totally recommend it

Palm stay is one of the best yet hygienic stays in shyam nagar location. I've visited here with everyone friends & family you name it. The staff is well trained & mannered. The owner responds very patiently be it any time of the day. Must recommend for a budget friendly stay.

Palm stay exceeded my expectations with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience memorable. Highly recommended for a delightful and relaxing retreat.

It was good place to stay with family. Facilities were amazing but services were little bit poor. In the morning tea was available only after 8:00 am. Even sonf was not available after dinner. Despite this, overall it was satisfactory.

The room is spacious with all the amenities required. Staff is very good. Property is well maintained, location is also very good. Will stay again.

Overall it was good. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. But amenities were not provided on time. We have to request at the reception multiple times even for the basic toiletries kit as well.

The studio room was quite spacious. Cleanliness was great. Staffs were good. Ample parking space and cleanliness. Overall great experience.

The location of the property is good, on the main road, and the rooms and beddings were very clean. However the kettle wasn't very clean and the hot water wasn't coming around 1 in the night

We stayed in the studio apartment, the room was very spacious. It was clean. Staff over there were helpful. Parantha was very tasty
