Excellent room quality... very newly made ... everything from room space , ambience, service, lift , bathroom fittings, toiletries, Linens , Ac , tv, all upto the mark ❣️❣️ Balcony to the room an added advantage.Above all very humble & helping owner . Go ahead blindly. Great location very near to everything. Full marks to the Hotel. Will definitely visit again.

Room was clean and spacious and tidy. Other accessories were standard. The path to reach out the Palm Suites Baner was not good and some improvement in kitchen service is expected.

I stayed for 2 days and the staff was very welcoming. The cleanliness was next level. The most important thing is that we can order food from outside. Superb stay.

Location is good, easy to reach. Hot water in bathroom is available 24×7. Service is quick. Overall, it is good. No problem for booking in future.

Hotel rooms are good. Staff also good. But the road to the Palm Suites Baner is not nice, it should be improved

Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast included is not a buffet ,they deliver couple of items in the room,good taste with tea/coffee.
