Irresponsible host ... No power supply when we reached the hotel. Room is in the third floor. We have to climb the steps with our luggage. No lift ... No hot water in the evening. In tolet is not clean.

The hotel seems to be new and the rooms are very good but the services are very poor. only one person is managing all the activities. No proper room service. Hot water in the bath room available only after 6.00 am and no hot water for drinking. No kettle is available. With this range of hotels, toiletries are available but here only a soap and a shampoo packet were avilable. Only one towel was available per room and not on the basis of persons staying in the room. Most of the amenities mentioned by MMT are missing. How MMT evaluated such types of hotels are surprising. I will not recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives. I will not prefer to stay in this hotel again. If they improve the facilities and services, they can expect more customers since the hotel is located in a good location.

Unfortunately, at the time of your arrival, one of our staff had to step out briefly for a personal emergency, which may have created the impression that only one person was available. Regarding hot water facility, We provide hot water 24/7. Had We been informed of any issue, We would have immediately assisted. About towels, We provide one towel per room by default. However, we always provide extra towels at no extra costs upon request. Had you asked, We would have gladly provided them without hesitation. While we respect all feedbacks and take every reviews seriously, We genuinely believe there might have been some misunderstanding in this case. We remain committed to improving our facilities and services and we appreciate constructive criticism that help us grow. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in future. Thank-you

it was good value for money overall the location was a bit far from munnar but that was all cancelled out by the overall experience the owner was really nice and even waited until almost 1'o clock in the morning because we were stuck in traffic the room was tidy and well kept and they checked all the necessities so I have no complaints except for the location
