Palm 1 bhk Apartment | Pool, Lounge & Garden Caf

Really had a good experience here at palm villas. The manager Rajeev was very helpful and polite. The food at the hotel was excellent and would definitely recommend this resort for the ambience and food. The only drawback was transport, during the day cabs are available but probably for tours the Hotel can have a few cabs at their disposal. Cabs at night time was an issue. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at palm villa..staff is very helping courteous and well behaved...it’s on the airport road...around 8-9 kms from city centre but very peaceful and relaxing...it’s a beautiful property with a lot of greenery around...we booked royal palm villa room,it’s spacious with a kitchenette and a balcony....washrooms are clean and beautiful....keep up the good work👍👍

The place are so quiet, perfect for relaxing, staff and staff are great, nice greetings always smile, rare service, you won't get this in Delhi.. The room are so big, even they provide kitchen 👍🏻

The property was no doubt very beautiful and it was a different experience altogether because of their nature theme and a very good concept of washroom. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The only problem was the maintenance. The washroom flush was too pressurised that the water came out everytime on using the flush. The floor of the room was also not mopped and there was dust all over. The cupboard was also not clean there was dust inside it and the bathroom had stains. The bed however seemed clean. Another issue was that we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool and that was actually our set filter for booking our stay but on reaching there, their pool wasnt working which was a bummer. They said that it was under construction but then it should’ve been updated that swimming pool isnt available because that was misleading and actually affected our experience. The reaching road to the property was also bad and not constructed properly. At night, there was loud music and a whole lot of shouting up until more than 1am because of some party in the villa which disrupted our sleep. But the good thing was that when we called the manager, they instantly toned down the screaming and hooting a little. The breakfast was also good but we were not allowed to have it outside, again because of some pre occupations of the resort. Induction was provided to us in the kitchen area but there was no utensil at all, even to heat the food, so I really didnt get the point of keeping induction at all just to add to the list of amenities. Not a single piece of crockery was provided. Even the cup was single for a room of 2. Overall, a comfortable stay. Good for a refreshing getaway. Different from the same boring hotels for this price. It was good.

Positives: Staff are friendly and helpful whenever you call them they are there to help. Spacious room and separate kitchen. Negatives: Cleanliness is not up to the mark, there are dust under table and in the cupboard. Upon request staff are kind to come and clean it.

Had a family trip to amritsar and we had an excellent stay in palm villas. We liked the rooms, amenities and the location. What was outstanding was the responsiveness and support of hotel staff. They were quick and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and i have no hesitation in recommending palm villas to my friends and connections.
