Palmdale Heritage| 1 BHK Villa & Restaurant

Palmdale just located on the banks of backwaters is a symbol of Keralan tradition and their way of living. Francis the owner was friendly and warm and his hospitality is one to remember. He tolerated my toddler’s nuisance throughout the stay. The location was amazing, the rooms the cottages were heavenly. And the speciality is the attached toilet. You will never again get a chance to experience such an amazing toilet time. Just only a bathtub was required. There were amenities to play around and complimentary. Food was too tasty specially Amma’s lemon pickle just stays in your tongue. Restaurant location was also wonderful. You have too much to enjoy and feel peaceful about. Just you need to place your orders a bit early of time for them to arrange. Everything had personal homely warmth and affection. We loved it.

Palmdale heritage is a must visit property in alleppey. 7 of the 9 rooms have a wonderful sitout facing the pamba river. The views are just gorgeous. The cottages are traditional kerala style tharavads beautifully restored! the open to air bathroom is unique as well. The food is very good specially the local delicacies like duck roast. The host francis is just superb. He takes care of guests every need including arranging houseboat cruises. Wonderful property overall and we just loved it! will definitely be back!

We had a pleasant stay at the palmdale. Mr francis was very friendly, and i saw him attending each and every guest at his property and guided us with all that was required. The rooms are aesthetically rendered in a typical kerala style architecture that dates back to centuries. The best part here was open bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was limited but homemade and delicious. Prefer to stay in the premium category of rooms.

Had an excellent experience. Calm and quiet away from city. Staffs are cordial excellent behaviour. Owner mr. Francis allowed us for early check and check out too was very smooth. Only thing little away from allepey city. Food was excellent and cost effective. River view is usp of this resort. Room also traditional kerala style open rest room which gives you feeling of olden days. Overall excellent stay.

Place is very nice, peaceful and clean. But very interior and roads are not that good. Overall experience is good. Breakfast is not so good only bread butter for vegetarian and bread is also sweet. Cost is too high for the stay. Its like a homestay and not resort so not worth the value

The location was amazing with a view of alleppey backwaters. The cottage itself was very beautifully designed with an open shower. The food was simple and delicious. I wish we could stay there for longer.

good location, good staff and peaceful atmosphere. everything looked neat and clean and can book shikhara ride from the property too.

It's one of my best resort I have stayed.... We felt the beauty of Green Kerala with peace 🕊️✌️

I had a great stay in this serene resort with a fabulous view of backwaters. Food was great. Worth visiting

it was slightly inside but the view and room were pretty nice. clean is high. food and all good options could be more for eat.

The entire experience is very good ) the service, food, rooms & safety it was a perfect stay. I recommend everyone to visit the property at least once if in kerala
