Appreciation- a fantastic experience staying at Palri. Extra ordinarily maintained interiors with artistic touch. Enough specious rooms with mind blowing brightness, more importantly utmost cleanliness of wash rooms make you feel absolutely satisfied. Special mention to the support group. Ravi part of management group, Safik he was extra ordinarily helpful In terms of getting ultimate service and all the other members who took care of customer needs quite efficiently. Certainly you are going to feel very happy which is the most important part of life. Area of opportunity 1 a bit far from mg Marg situated at lower Arithang, however, some one can easily get a shared/reserved car outside Hotel. The Hotel has it's own in-house kitchen, food quality is up to the mark however, cost of food is extremely high. I already provided direct feedback to the management. Trust they will look into this matter as this can be a show stopper.

This was a new PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL at Arithang road near to Govt School. The PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL is quite inside the area and 2 kms from MG Marg, where the cab costs Rs 80-100 per trip(From MG Marg/ Lal Bazaar). The PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL amenities are so cool because of its new make, staff are so courteous, rooms are broad and cleaner, WIFI,Tea maker were available for the use. The entire ambiance of the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL was great and sure we always prefer this one for my stay at Gangtok. Food was delicious and hot, room services were great and its best. There are no scenic view outside the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL, that was a residential area as well, they had arranged our special birthday celebration in a great spirit. Thanks to all of them, a must try folks.

The PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL is the best. The manager and her brother gave us a warm welcome. Showed around all the rooms and the services. Mentioned the history. Lovely people. The staff is excellent. Staff manager ajay was very friendly. Food was served punctually all needs were catered to. Beat place for stay in gangtok. I would love to stay here and recommend this to everyone. The rooms have electric kettles, tea coffee, dental kit grooming kit as extra facilities. Iron and laundry facilities were there. The guest were warmly welcomed. The hospitality rating is 10 stars. The trip becomes memorable based on the hospitality you receive. Of my multiple stays in gangtok this is the best PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Thank you team palri )

The room is quite good with modern amenities. Worth of money, there is led tv, attached neat and clean toilet & bathroom, 08 inches mattress with hygiene linen, food quality also good. The staffs are very polite and humble I really appreciated it. Mostly the manager of PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL Mr. Ravi is a very gentle person, I like his attention about the services and hygiene. I would like to say about the location is just 10 mint walking to MG marg also you will get a taxi stand just outside the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL gate. I will say must stay Palri Boutique Hotel without any confusion, i really highly recommend this PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL.

Very good PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Rooms are good. Staffs are well mannered. But it's not that close to mg marg as it's been shown. Walking to mg marg is itself a trek about 20mins uphill. U have to constantly keep a tab on the staffs for extra mattress (as we were 7people) u have to constantly go down to send water to your room. On the next day before check in. There was no water in the taps as well as showers and washroom. In my view the locals nearby are not good because two of them passed some cheap comments to my female friends.

Beautiful room infrastructure. Very tasty food. Staff were very well disciplined with cooperate behavior except the television not working. A worth stay as taxi are easily available just outside the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL.
Very good stay. Staff was very friendly. The food was very tasty. The room was big and spacious and we got a nice view from the window but the only problem was that the television wasn't working at all, stayed for 3 nights but the television didn't work at all. Overall the stay was very good.

Good PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Large and spacious rooms. Well furnished. However, no lift facilities available even to reach the 3rd floor. Staff are very courteous and polite. Always helpful. Only issue is its location. Roads are very steep and almost 700 meters walkable distance from the main road. Buffet breakfast is also available but service is slow. You may have to wait for long to get the food to be refilled. Food is average. Overall our stay was memorable..also they arrange taxis for sightseeing.

It is an awesome experience to stay at Palri comfort specially the bigger size room and the interior was superb. However location was little odd but can get taxi within few steps and it is in far down from MG. Marg or Deorali so walking option won't be there.

We visited gangtok on 27 december. Though we were not able to see changi lake as the road was blocked, but a stay at palri boutique will be remembered and cherished throughout our life. Hotel staffs are helpful & the owner that is tashi is extremely kind and nice person. Looking forward to visit once again.

Very nice view from the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL room. The man in the reception was courteous. The room was neat and big.

Nearer to MG road. You can go for morning walk or evening walk. Peaceful location.
Hotel staff are nice and humble.

Mini cafeteria for morning breakfast and dinner is not sufficient if the no. Of guests rush all together. Local taxi readily available Around. Location is such that it can save your lots of time to beat the heavy City traffic. Service staff and cleanliness was up to the mark. Overall happy stay.

Hotel location is not really closed to the MG market but ambiance was good, food was good, very helpful staff.

Being a new PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL, it had nice rooms but the best thing was the staff hospitality and service. The food was really tasty and the rooms were spacious. Highly recommended and value for money.

It was a nice stay. Spacious room. Clean bathroom, helpful staff but the location is away from M.G Road. Very narrow and steep road. 1 km from M.G Road. Food is little expensive.

Hotel is neat and clean, room was specious enough for our comfort. Hotel staffs including management were always ready to help. We got complementary breakfast and dinner with our booking and foods provided were also very hygienic and tasty. Overall I will definitely recommend this PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL to my friends and relatives.
