I had a thoroughly pleasant experience here, hence would like to recognize each staff as below: 1. Mr. Eric - he is one of the main staff at the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL manages all. Hes been a fantastic and helpful person to interact with. In an emergency when i had to catch the flight and i was let down by a pure booked taxi, eric helped very quickly and i was put to the right cab driver to reach the airport just on time. 2. Nannu - reception staff. Shes also been very helpful and prompt in her service for any thing i reached out for. 3. Ganashyam was also providing very good room service. 4. Tshewang aron, sushant were food servers who were also very courteous and dedicated in their service. 5. Not to forget last but not least the important part food was very good in this PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL thanks to the dedicated and magical hands of the cooks and kitchen staffs -nitesh, shekhar and pranil. Overall i had a thoroughly happy experience at the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL which is why i rate it 5/5 stars and i strongly recommend the travellers to choose this PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL in all aspects. It is little away from the real main road off the city gangtok but its not a reason to not choose the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL ! this PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL suits all kinds of tourists whether solo or family.

I spent only one night in palri boutique PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL and it was an awesome experience from every aspect. The front desk is very cooperative, they received calls whenever i called and cleared all my doubts with patience. The room service staffs were also very polite and professional, they attended all my requests. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. Linens and toiletries were provided. I would specially like to mention the bathrooms, they were squeaky clean. They have used premium fittings, tiles are spotless, no water clogging inside bathroom and 24 hrs hot water geaser. A clean bathroom was my first priority and i'm completely satisfied with palri boutique PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Another worth mentioning thing is that you get a great view from their terrace. Only thing is that it is 10/15 minutes walk from mg marg which is good for those who like to stay away from commotion and noise. Highly recommended

The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom was very hygienic. The staff was very courteous and kind. The front office manager eric was especially very helpful. He helped with my day plan and cab bookings and guiding me with the city as it was my first visit to gangtok. Food is nice with reasonable prices. Overall given the price it can be label-led as the best mm t property in gangtok, will definitely come again here.

This stay was my 2nd stay at this beautiful PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL. Hotel room & bathroom was very good & they also maintain hygiene properly. Staff behaviour was also very good & friendly. But only one thing that PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL was located a 15-20 min walking distance from mg market! & PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL restaurant food price was little bit expensive. Overall good experience & good for family or couples.

The location of the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL from the main road is very near.The view of the mountains from the room was very mesmerizing.The quality of the food was good.Proper cleanliness was also maintained.The behaviour of the Hotel manager along with the staff members was excellent.Overall great experience!😃

Good behavior of all PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL staffs excellent breakfast and dinner with huge items and delicious and good taste rooms are clean enough good bathroom with chief rate thanks palri boutique but transportation charges to much to see mg market, lalbazar hire taxi all time

The basic amenities of the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL is good and the staff are friendly too, though cleanliness can be improved a little. The PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL is located a little away from the main market due to which it is quite and serene.

The PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL is good and the staff is good too. We tried their sandwich which was fresh and yummy. There is issue with the PALRI BOUTIQUE HOTEL wifi which they couldn’t fix. Rest everything was good!
