Pan Hill Hotel

Rooms and washrooms are very clean with hot water facility albeit for a few hours in the morning. Safe parking area for vehicles. The only complaint we had was that the management had a 11pm deadline as they close the gates after that. Also the common washroom behind the reception area for staff was unclean and filthy we got to see that first hand as after we had check-out we wanted to use the washroom but the personnel at the reception directed us to the common one behind the reception.

The Pan Hill Hotel location is very strategic, it's opposite Panchgani bus stand. The eateries and conveniences are all close by. The room was small. The staff was courteous and went out of the way to make us comfortable. Overall a value for money experience for the purpose for which we booked the room, which is to travel for a Tennis tournament for our daughter who was participating in the tournament. Would certainly revisit.

This Pan Hill Hotel easily has a potential to be a fantastic budget Pan Hill Hotel, but they need improvement. Bedsheets were not clean but the staff changed upon request. One room had chipped off bathroom tiles. On request, they changed the room. Reasonable stay. They can work on cleanliness standards and become a great budget choice. Hot water not available in the evening!

The Pan Hill Hotel staff was nice enough to let us check in even before 10 am as we arrived quite early in Panchgani. Overall, a good experience - the room was clean and the staff attentive. They even helped us with travel info and bus timings for a day trip to Wai. The location is just perfect if you want to explore Panchgani as well as nearby areas/markets, etc.

Food is costly. Hotel near vicinity to market. If you go for pricing it is good but if you cross your budget a little then check-out to other Pan Hill Hotels.
Reception and staff are having a total negative attitude. May be management did not give flexibility to take decision in case of necessity. This resulted me not to use their services.

Nice Pan Hill Hotel right in the main market. Location of the Pan Hill Hotel was the best with all the local shops and restaurants at walking distance. The taxi and bus stand was only across the road so had no difficulties in touring the Hill station. The rooms were also of good standards for the price charged. Value for money Pan Hill Hotel.

The Pan Hill Hotel was at an excellent location. Very centrally located in the main town of Panchgani. All the scenic points of Panchgani were only 2-3 km away. The staff was also very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. WiFi internet speeds were good. Good restaurants were only walking distance from the Pan Hill Hotel.

We spend christmas weekend, room & bathroom was clean, no view from balcony as Pan Hill Hotel is located right in middle of the market can get cab in front of Pan Hill Hotel, hot water available only in morning time from 7am, reception person was helpful, restaurant is pure veg could not comment on food because didn't tried.

Perfect Pan Hill Hotel for the perfect place. Hotel have scenic beauty. Cleaniness, staff also are good. And main thing it is in main market of Panchgani. Totally worth for money. And also rooms are fully equipped have balcony and also a swing. Is there in the balcony which is used for having full relax

Bathroom & room was clean. This Pan Hill Hotel doesn't serve non-veg food. Good option for vegetarians. Overall, it was an average experience. Pleasant stay with the family at Pan Hill Hotel, Panchgani. Rooms seemed to be freshly renovated and very neat and clean. Best location of the Pan Hill Hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend to other!

Stay at Pan Hill was comfortable. The location of the Pan Hill Hotel was ideal as was bang opposite the Bus Stand and Taxi Stand. The rooms were neat, clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful as they arranged guided tour of Mahabaleshwar.

Location of the property is very good as it is in the heart of the city and hence it was possible to just stroll in the market area after sunset also. Cabs for local sightseeing are available from just opposite side of the Pan Hill Hotel. Reception people were also very helpful. Room provided was clean and good.

We stayed there during Diwali and enjoyed the stay.
Free WiFi was not available. Heater was not available.

Clean room, cooperative and helping staff, Location excellent, in market, near school, in front of bus stop. No mosquitoes. No insects. Economic. Cost effective. I shall like to book again in next visit.

Very near to main market. Table land is just 1 km away. Also the famous Jaffer bhai Bombay Biryani was half a km away. Rooms are decent. Clean. Toilets were really good and maintained. Good parking facilities

Rooms were neat clean and tidy. Facilities such as washrooms and beds were good and clean! Very Cheap and affordable! Food options are less. Locality is good and bus top is near. Conveyance to wai is also good!

Rooms are OK types, but location is spot on from main market & bus stand .. Overall a decent stay, should have WiFi & lunch dinner breakfast facilities should be there for everyone .. Would like to visit again if all these facilities come in the future .. My rating 3. 5stars for the Pan Hill Hotel

The Hotel is centrally located. It is well maintained neat and clean. Good staff. The only thing missing is a good attached restaurant. Any ways being near to main market good Pan Hill Hotels are nearby where different types of food both vegetarian and non vegetarian food is available..
