Area is peaceful, owner of panchavati is very gentlemen, but room facilities is nothing. no basin, no mirror, no towel , no soap .

Was a modest room, in a nondescript location, within walking distance from the gokarna main beach. The host is fluent in english and up for a good conversation. Cheap and good for day travellers or if you are on a tight budget.

No identification board, not proper ly maintain, no attender or room boy available, no hot water in room, no chairs and tables, no cupboards, bathroom not hygiene, room full of mosquitoes, totally saying is not value for money.

This is isolated place. Not easy to find. There is no power back up. You have go and get your own hot water. If your single you can try once. I highly don’t recommend for family

Wicket taker came latest with the the property details and help us to find our food nearby which state only for one night it and the price is very economical when the overnight stay property is clean and peaceful can be recommended it to stay with the family

Very much budget stay and friendly host, room was clean and neatly maintained but need to spray hit coz many insects were there. However, it's in walkable distance to temple and gokarna beach. Finally, before u book check with owner about hot water.

Stay wise it clean and outside scene also great. It's give you feeling of village. Mud road connecting to this home stay. It's very near to market and just behind gokarna police station. For food you can reach and restaurant with 10 min of walking.

Rooms were old. All amenities were not provided. The place is near to beach and busstand but it's inside the street's. Maintenance is not as expected

Pathetic stay. Charged including tax. But there's no tv, ac, furnishing other than 2 mediocre coats. Bed sheets and pillows were frequently used. Why do you charged such a hug sum which is not worth for money.

coupleThis is not a hotel, it's a pg. The owner of the house lives on the ground floor, and there are few rooms(with attached bathrooms) on the first floor for rent. So, no fancy stuff. But it was clean and mostly comfortable. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. This is suited for bachelors or people who are traveling alone and don't want to spend too much on accommodation.
