PANDAV RETREAT

Pros food is good rooms are new and clean property is clean hygenine is maintained cons not a resort, it is just a lodge little far from market, have to hire gypsy to go to market. Reception guys helped us to hire gypsey we stayed for 3 nights. First day they provided toiletries but next day onward s there was no replacement of used toiletries. I am sure they will provide if asked for but as a PANDAV RETREAT they should take care of it. Same goes for towels. Hotel staff are cooperative enough to accommodate our request dor customized food for baby without any charge. Overall its a good PANDAV RETREAT with nice food and breakfast. Suggest to go with breakfast inclusive as they have limited but tasty breakfast buffet

Service was fantastic. Kudos to the young, energetic and always happy to help staff. Their josh compensates for the shortcomings. Food was superb. Always eager to improve. We ordered chinese and dessert s which was quite sumptuous. Located opposite deodaru bunglow, property though small but provides the serenity you are looking for rooms have good aesthetic approach and overall ambience was good every effort was made by 5 he staff to give us an early checkin. Hygiene and housekeeping was top class. Worth staying and exploring pachmari from here though they have jacuzzi but it would have been delightful if swimming pool was available. It was a fabulous trip, me and my family were at the property for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff was very cooperative they helped us with the tourist spots and the bookings as well. The staff actually personalised our stay cation. The property was surreal. It was a mesmerising experience with in room jacuzzis and all other amenities. The food is very tasty and home like especially the breakfast. Overall very satisfactory with the make my trip booking and PANDAV RETREAT experience

Pandav retreat is definitely one of the finest place to stay in pachmarhi. Food quality and room facilities are good. Clean rooms with luxury interirors are the major highlights of the resort. The only missing thing is the open space. Almost no open space to sit peacefully or have a walk in the resort. Generally competitors in that region would provide you beautiful lawns and gardens to roam around and enjoy the weather.

The property is good for staycation at the hill station with modern interiors and facilities but the staff behaviour makes you uncomfortable be it a bell boy or a manager because they do not want to adjust in single thing whether it be their meal plan or room allotment for their customers because hospitality is making your guest comfortable which they do not understand i guess, else food was good, menu options were good

Location, food quality and staff service, led by their manager - sharma ji has been outstanding but, there has been lot of noise in the lobby and dining area and corridors by a few guests, till late midnight disturbing us every night, which was a big nuisance.
There was no temperapture check anytime in the PANDAV RETREAT, nor was there any social distancing.
