familyWe were unable to reach his property because of massive jam on the road . I can understand that it was not in his control. When I contacted the property he said that he could not do anything and never really tried to help me with any alternate route. I felt bad because after booking I asked him on different days that whether I would be able to reach his property under the prevailing circumstances and each time he said there is no problem and we can reach him easily. I know that it’s non refundable and he too knows it so he was not bothered. But I would have cancelled it in time. I can’t complain or claim but I can say that I am hurt
