Hotel staff is very bad with their guests there were on amenities in the room which were mentioned in the booking after 2 days of constant arguments with them then they provided the basic things like shaving kits and tea bags they were also not having enough towels and toiletries . And they are also not providing high tea which they have mentioned for which I have raised concerns with MMT but they were also failed to provide me anything overall experience is very bad

Our Experience At Pandora Grand

The Location was Amazing , food was average and in their amenities their were cricket , table tennis, carrom and swimming pool, they all were good. Their Services were poor they provided our Room at 3PM and there were so many cockroaches in the rooms but their Staff’s behaviour was good enough.

Room was nice and comfortable. Also the food was good too. Only issue was with the services, faced a lot of issues while ordering or asking for anything from the staff. Had to wait more than half hour just to order dinner. These things can be improved. Thanks

Poor Stay

The property is located in a serene location and it's newly constructed and that is all about it. It's very dirty, unhygienic and badly managed. We reached early and we're told to wait for couple of hours. I wanted to use the lobby toilet but it was dirty. The so called Premium Room is of match-box size where one chair with a tiny table also could not be fitted by the bedside. The bathroom is very small and it's difficult to comfortably sit on the pot due to glass partition being just 6" away from the pot. The bathroom fittings are rusted and the basic items like hand towel and hanging ring or cloth hanging Knob on the door are not there. Food is real bad as it was oily and spicy. It was one of the worst experiences of staying in a hotel as I remember. Best to avoid.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Service and Facilities

businessI stayed at this hotel for a day and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The service was subpar, leaving much to be desired. While the room itself was acceptable, the washroom was in terrible condition. There was significant water clogging, and the water couldn’t drain properly in the sink, which was quite inconvenient. As for the complimentary breakfast, the selection was extremely limited, with only about 10 items available—a very modest offering for a breakfast spread. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
