Pandu Pokhar Eco Adventure Resort

Our stay at panda pokhar was comfortable, hygienic and maintained with really high standards. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all amenities. The front desk staff and housekeeping are polite and prompt. The property was well maintained. Our stay was memorable and we would definitely look forward to coming back and spending more time. The management is committed towards providing you a perfect experience. The entertainment park is housed in the same property and you get free access to it which is included in the room tariff. The entire property is bustling with greenery and has proper walking tracks to explore the same. It also features a lake equipped with boating. We visited the property after holi and so they were a little short on staff and the meals took more time than usual to be made but the food was good and made fresh.

Was overall satisfied with safety measures. Neatness was awesom. Room was of-course spacious with all amenities. Room tarrif appeared very much reasonable. Sunny, the room service boy appeared responsible but he was only on night duty. Two ladies who were on day duty did not respond when we were back to our room in evening at 4. 30pm and asked them to change the bed sheets and towel 2nd day. Noth ladies said that sunny wl do it after he comes on duty in evening toilet was very clean but cummord lever when pressed not flushing water due to some defect. Sunny any how did it on temporary basis plus one mirror light was also not working in washroom. Hope both defect wl be resolved in a day or two. There was no room service at all. Atleast tea coffee shud hv been served.

Food can be better and chefs out there need to meet the demands of guests. My mother and aunt are Vaishnav so they do not eat onion and garlic so I asked to prepare dishes without these bit they came up with dal and mixed veg, they were not able to prepare anything else without onion and garlic. Bell boy and supporting staffs could have been more courteous and should know the basics of hospitality. These are just two points I disliked otherwise this place is awesome, such a unique place to stay, such a great initiative to promote tourism in Rajgir, you must visit it to believe it. We need more people to make hospitality industry of Bihar to grow.
Suite is nice, but just lacked basic toiletries like shampoo, moisturizer and dental kit. Camp is nice too.

This place is the best thing about Rajgir. If I had to rate my overall Rajgir experience, I would have given Rajgir a 2 out of 5, had I stayed at any other Pandu Pokhar Eco Adventure Resort. But because I stayed at Pandu Pokhar and got to visit the park adjacent to the Pandu Pokhar Eco Adventure Resort, my overall Rajgir experience deserves a 3.5 out of 5 star, an extra 1.5 star just because of the Pandu Pokhar Eco Adventure Resort and the park adjacent to it. About the food: breakfast is expensive. Dinner: is like having ghar ka khaana, same roti, same daal, same sabji that mommy cooks at home. Service: Hotel staff is very good.

We have visited rajgir several times earlier but this was our first stay there. We preferred to stay at panda pokhara e co resort because of it's location. The various places of tourist interest like be-nu van, brahma kund, g hora katra are very close to it. The resort provides cosy huts with all amenities and additionally allows you to avail various activities. It has a very good eatery providing freshly prepared foods of your choice. The only negative factor is the cost aspect which is on the higher side both for fooding and lodging.

The stay had been extraordinary due to the peaceful environment. The camp has been well maintained and would love to have one more stay. The open air canteen has been very good with good food. Suggestions to lease allow cars to come inside the first gate to unload luggage and then to be parked in the well spaced car parking area. If possible, please make arrangements for Driver's accommodation. Rest has been good. Thanks for your hospitality.Regards

A fascinating combination of this set up and park adventures. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the fun & to live the moments. But I only had time to stay for very less time period. We opted to stay at 6 bed tent dormitory. It was altogether a different experience. Tents were well organized, with necessary amenities, neat and clean. Separate toilets were provided for individual tent boarders at the common toilet complex. Staffs were well behaved. Restaurant facilities needs improvement. Variety of foods. Those, who want to face a little different tour experience, must visit Pandu Pokhar Camping Pitch.
Good ambience, convenient location.

With plenty of greenery, backdrop of hill and a very big and beautiful Lake with historical back ground makes a wonderful experience to spend time with nature. Plenty of activities to keep all engaged. Recommended. However, the inmates should have free access to activities.

Everything was good, the swimming pool should be there. WiFi not available.

Rooms and location are good, restaurant need improvement.

It was exactly the way it was projected in make my trips. Hospitality was good, cleanliness was great ambience was serene and my son loved the adventurous activities which were all free

Excellent place. Staff's are just like family members. Food is awesome.

Location is great. Rooms are great. Property is clean and well maintained. Everyone on the property from the manager to the watchman are very polite and professional. They are punctual. Food was very tasty. Special mention for the lady receptionist for being professional and polite. Worth every penny. Experience was better than many five star Pandu Pokhar Eco Adventure Resorts. No complaints whatsoever.

Service was very good. Rooms were excellent. Very nice ambience and property. Food choices were very limited and expensive.

Good place for stay food is also good, resort is superb

Pandu Pokhar is well located park/residential facility in Rajgir. Park has several amenities including games, horse riding add to keep one occupied and entertained. Staff is cordial and helpful.
Stayed in the tent accommodation. Nice ambiance an altogether a different experience.

It was a family trip. We tried this resort with hesitation. But we found it beyond expectations. Our stay was wonderful.
