Pangong House - A Boutique Stay

The place is built in an isolated village with a beautiful view! the staff was good and humble. The only difficulty we found was during check in when they told us that they didn’t receive our booking even though i confirmed the booking with them 15 days prior to our arrival. The place has only 4 rooms and it was all occupied when we arrived even though we have booked it via makemytrip. The booking is managed by someone else and the staff in the Pangong House - A Boutique Stay tried their best to contact the manager to sort the overbooking issue. There is no network out there and we had to stay out in cold for an hour to resolve this. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and kudos to their hospitality!

Pangong house is the best stay if you're interested in being safe guarded a bit from the extreme weather that one experiences at pangong lake. The well built and comfortable house ensures that your stay is a cosy one and not one fighting with the elements. Of course it is a simple setup but includes - very clean room, toilet and even dining area. The food was warm and yummy and hosts very polite / helpful. And a great, picturesque sitout area as well as 5 min walk from the lake round are grit bonuses.

Pangong house is in manna area of pangong lake. It’s a small cottage with four rooms. Dinning area is cute with sitting arrangement for around 8-9 people. Rooms were fairly clean and warm considering it’s very near to pangong lake. Care taker was very nice and was able to cook delicious food in quick time.

It seems like from description that it’s directly at the lake, however there are many tents ahead of the rooms hindering the view of lake. It’s at walkable distance so that’s great, it was a very clean room. Excellent stay. Caretakers are also nice. There is no internet in this area.

I and my family had a very nice experience there. The location of the property is very nice. The rooms are good and cleanliness is very well maintained in the property.

It is the one of the finest homestay in pangong which helps you to get warmth in cold weather as they provide room heaters. Along with, the food at such place is beyond the expectations as they provide the regular food which can be easily consumed by everyone.

This home stay was good to stay at pangong, just make sure to confirm your booking before you visit there. It was cosy, host was super helping and polite and very hard working.
