Pappukutty Beach Resort

The stay was comfortable. The resort is located on the beachfront. The swimming pool was good. The canteen needs more improvement, lacks cups and other utensils. The food was above average. Overall, the stay was superb.

Very poor room no TV, Fan was very dusty Non lift, location is excellent

Resort Location is good , pool was clean restaurant for veg food is good and delicious . Room was looking old bathroom is looking old . Hotel manager was Rude in nature and security gard is drunk in night and just sleep on chair . Manager don't know about hospality . behave is bad .

although the location was best... a sea view from the room can be enjoyed but the service and the cleanliness is 0 they even don not have an intercom.... no electric kettle after paying more than 4500 for a room on one night it was not at all expected

This property near beach and having good staffs But inside room there is no TV and no dental kit no shampoo and no Tea kettle, also there is no tea shop near , this is problem in early morning wake up person to take cup of coffee tea Hotel may be arrange this only coffee and tea in their restaurant Food is good

Very bad resort,no meals available in the night,no food quality,swimming pool is to much durty,no any contact number provide for the room service,rooms quality was very bad

restaurant is really nice, finding property was difficult the way towards resort is dark in the night no lights were present

The room was not clean. The bed is too hard. I have paid extra money for a sea view room, but the room was barely having a view. The pool time was 7am to 7pm, they could have given more time in pool. The toilets were not clean. The parking to too far. The only advantage is property is near to beach

Property location of pappukutty beach resort kovalam is best. Rooms were neat & clean. Staff is cooperative quality of brakefast food was average

The hotel is located at Kovalam beach and parking of vehicles is common for all hotels at Hawa Beach. We took two rooms for 2 days. We paid around 15.5k for Two rooms. Room Quality is not up to the mark. Hospitality is very poor. Their rooms are priced up to 1500 per room per day. They are only charging a higher amount because their resort is at the beach. Bed quality is also not good.

Location is quite confusing. Dont trust google map straight away. You still need to walk around 300-400 mtrs after parking your car. Though they provide luggage pick and drop facility.

Dirty water, smelly room and overall bad……….. you are looking for pleasant experience on beach then this is not the place

Staff was cooperative but no tv in the room no hot water available as its price hotel was not having value for money aspect. But rooms are big but ok. Location was fantastic.

When i checked in i met a person at the reception counter with his attitude like a senior police officer. The overall restaurant is good. Hotel is very close to the beach

Bathroom facility and condition needs to improve. A/c is not performing well. Others are ok. Restaurant facility is good but rates are very high. Staff and security is good. We enjoyed swimming pool facility also

Good hotel, rooms and property looks like old building though good to experience, very calm, peaceful no disturbance from outside people, family can stay, use big swimming pool its good, food good tasty as well as other surrounding restaurant
