Par X Home Unity | 4 BHK Private Pool Villa

Our recent stay in par. X unity home was truly exceptional. The villa boasted an impressive spacious layout with a fantastic interior design, offering comfortable seating arrangements for 12pax that made us feel right at home. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa provided a refreshing and relaxing ambiance, making it a perfect retreat. The highlight was the pristine swimming pool, impeccably clean and inviting. What truly set this experience apart was the caretaker's exemplary behavior. Mr deepak were not only attentive and accommodating but also remarkably courteous, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. His warm and friendly approach added a personal touch, making us feel welcome and enhancing our overall enjoyment of the stay. The combination of a stunning villa, pleasant surroundings, and outstanding caretaker service made this a memorable and highly recommended getaway.

The condition of the facility was ok, needs some sort of interior correction like the pool table was worn out, the paint of the building from outside had faded, washroom toliet seat was not so comfortable. Apart from these basic issues, rest of the things were all nicely placed. Dipak bhai, who is the care taker has done a great job and was with us throughout helping us with anything we wanted. So from service point of view, i will give full ratings to dipak.

The property is well maintained and has nice and very clean pool with many indoor activities like pool, carrom, soccer. Mr. Deepak who is the caretaker is very supportive and helping guy and very accommodating for any special request. The food was awesome and very tasty. We stayed with our family and overall the experience was very good.

Good location, spacious with all good amenities to enjoy in groups & family get togethers. Food although not directly available but swiggy & zomato delivers in 30 mins. Caretaker is very helpful l, however the upholestery requires complete changeover- which is too old.

We had an amazing time in villa. Table soccer, carrom, tt, pool table made us busy. Well maintained swimming pool. Really appreciate caretaker deepak during our stay, he was always reachable and ready to help. Liked his warm behavior. Thanks for wonderful experience.

Venue is good but old property. Big problem of electricity though power backup. Caretaker is very good and service is prompt. Money wise no problem. Good 👍
