Worst rooms and worst washroom and worst beds very bad condition room and fan is not running and in website have western washroom but there have Indian washroom and in washroom light is not working and we asked there staff please change room but they say we didn’t change room and you booked online we will give this type of rooms only saying very bad experience and very bad hotel there is slum like rooms don’t recommend this hotel please this is my suggestion

Nobody stay there .this guest house very poor condition and not friendly staff , then there staff and owner not consider any issues and hard behavier also,,,, very bad experience and I made big mistake stay there hotel ,,pls no body stay there

It was affordable & reasonably comfortable. It's quite close to many tourist attractions.

The room is normal. A one night stay is not a big deal. Adequate parking space is available near the hotel. But it is difficult to reach the hotel through narrow lanes in own car. The hotel staff does not care about booking. It is better to call the hotel immediately after booking the room. Otherwise, when you go there, they may say your room is not booked. They don't care about us at all. I booked in advance and went there. They said that there is no booking in my name. I felt very uncomfortable when i went with my family at night. Finally, after searching, they confirmed the booking. Before booking a room in the hotel, it is better to check the surrounding location on google map and go only if you like it.

Entire hotel smell like public toilet. If we book this hotel they are not accepting the request. After we escalate. They provide a room. But this hotel not suitable for family. Please remove this hotel from your listing. I don't have a time to taken pictures because i have left from the hotel within 3 minutes. And book another hotel for staying

Property in a prime location between mount road and marina many restaurant avail nearby its safe to stay here and safe car park also

Very bad experience with hotel, there is no hot water, small room, very dirty toilet. Entire hotel is look like lodge, poor standard of service and dealings.

My worst stay of my life at this hotel. The bathroom was dirty, no reception help, bed sheets smelling badly. Don't ever stay with your family.

There is no connection between the photos provided by MMT and real. I booked room for 3days but vacated next day. It is a low-class hotel and area not fit for family stay. Totally upset.

This is clearly a budget hotel so if money is a priority but you still want to see the sights of Chennai, I thoroughly recommend it.

Location 1 km away from Marina Beach, located in a mu slim area. Room service very poor. Several times they switch off the ac. The beds are terrible. Fans makes noise and are attached with only nails. Not clean. No curtain

The hotel is OK, very nice. Our room had a good fan, the window was giving on someone else's door to their room, which they kept open for airflow, so privacy was not the best. The bed cover and pillow cover seemed clean. No sheet, no towel, no soap. TV didn't seem to work but we didn't bother asking about it. Washroom look like it was clean but everything in it was very old. Sink falling apart and leaking. The hotel is located on a busy street with lots of restaurants, it is easily accessible by public transportation and metro. It is about 20 minutes transit to central Chennai railway station.

No mosquitoes which is good thing.

Hotel management is not good, very bad experience.
The first room given by hotel was window open, cat sitting chair. Again he changed the room there no ventilation, not clean. At night full mosquitoes, I asked coil or liquid. Hotel people didn't give. Morning no hot water. Very bad experience.

Worth for money. Hotel is good in cleanliness and the facilities in the hotel is ok one.
