The location was good and staff n service was very good

We stayed at Paradise Retreat in Hunder for one night during our family trip to Ladakh, and it was a very comfortable experience overall. We booked two Deluxe Rooms for our family and the accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The room amenities offered a good blend of comfort and functionality, especially considering the remote location. The staff at the resort were courteous and always ready to help, which added to the pleasant experience. The property itself is peaceful, offering beautiful surroundings typical of the Nubra Valley — a perfect place to unwind after a day of travel and sightseeing. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the food, particularly the buffet dinner. The options were limited. However, breakfast was decent, and the dining area was clean and well-organized. Overall, we would definitely recommend Paradise Retreat to anyone visiting Hunder, especially families looking for clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations. With a little more variety in their meal offerings, this place could easily be a 5-star experience.

We reached there. And it was in a very pathetic condition. Bedsheets were stained. And towels were not clean. We shifted to some other place.

It was an amazing experience and once in a lifetime

We went in end of august and really enjoyed our stay, we didn’t want to have dinner buffet so they even made maggi for us. The view is brilliant, it’s just a little difficult to locate but it’s worth it.

Cottage is just at lake(100mtr up. Food taste was ok. Rooms doesn’t have ventilation. Some people already facing issue with respect to oxygen will feel suffocated.

It was our couple stay. The location of the property was average as it was located in the deserted area. Basically it was a tent and it was so cold. We did not feel safe over there. However, the caretaker was cooperative and the food was good. I must not recommend this property to others.

The place is very nice and calm. The setup is very cute. The surroundings of the place is green and treat to the eyes. The place is lit hard to locate as the sign boards are less in number but the Camp personnel guide you through. The Camp crew are welcoming and provide good hospitality. Food is basic and good.

Great place for stay. Staff is good. Delicious food served. Location is little bit inside but calmed. Worthy for camping experience at Nubra. All the public places are very near to it.

They provide best of possible service considering terrain situation. But normal mineral water as complimentary addition may prove to be a more welcoming gesture.
