1) Location is good as it’s near to the highway. 2) Foor is average though all items written on the menu card are not available. Only limited items. 3) Amenities is very very poor. (a) Before handing the room to guest the room is not checked if hand towel is there or not. (b) The soap dispenser is empty. (c) The drains are choked and on asking for help the problem is resolved somehow. (d) Hot water is not available for bath even after repeated complaints. Centralised water heating system does not work. (e) Basic facilities in room like 2 tea cups was not available when room was booked for 2 persons. They provided 2 cups of different size and even spoon for making tea was unavailable. Overall very very POOR amenities. 4) Service was just average as staff says they are nes and don’t know much. 5) Bed sheets pillows , did not seem to be ironed and fresh. Overall a very poor impression. I have stayed earlier also in same hotel but this time felt pathetic regarding services and amenities. Will not stay again.

Good Location, Dirty Rooms, dirty linen. No service. You get a 500 ml water bottle and are never provided another bottle even with payment. No towels, soap in the toilet, no toilet paper. Hotel desperately requires to be refurbished. Pictures on your app are probably from another world!

The stay was comfortable . Property is good. Their food is tasty and service is good with polite staff . The only drawback is that their kitchen does not start early in the morning so the early risers have to wait for the tea.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious and hygienic, and the environment was peaceful and comfortable. However, there was a small issue in the bathroom — the tap was leaking, which caused water to spread on the floor, hair dryer also not working.

Hotel facilities were very bad. I have to wait for 1 hour for getting room. Room was very dirty, packets of ciggerate were dumped at room. Bad smell was coming out. I asked yo to change the room. But they denied Nothing will be done for you. Welcome drink was given. Heating system was not working. Bathroom tiles were broken. Horrible experience

Paradizzo hotel was looks wise good but bathroom was too small and of low maintenance. Scenery was good. Food was not too good breakfast was tasteless and routine. Dinner and lunch were over priced. I felt little bit over priced. I stayed 3800 rs per day but i don't feel worth of it

It was nice peaceful stay at convenient location. No meals also nice & tasteful. Staff is co-operative & well behaved.

Hotels toilet condition very bad also shower not working

No mirror in their premium room. No tea sachets present in their tea kit. Bed level is too high, elderly would find it problematic. The side tables of bed are too low in height in comparison to bed. Hot water in bathroom comes after 10-15 min and after 1 hr at 4 am in morning. No toilet roll provision in bathroom. First room which was given to me had washbasin leaking profusely. Restraunt is under rennovation. Towels and bathroom mat were made of same material and were given together. Linen was stained. Staff was very helpful though. Bathroom exhaust fan is very very noisy too.
