We had to take our luggage to the first floor and my wife and I are senior citizens. The toilet seat of room no 5 was broken. There was no proper room service; we had to go to the bus stand adjoining the parakeet hotel to have morning tea.

Pleasantly surprised with the accommodation at Parakeet. I stayed in the deluxe unit. Large rooms, large balcony, modern fittings etc. Very friendly staff. Right next door to Pipli bus stop towards CHD. No major reasons for complaint, some minor issues - wifi is very poor (they are forced to use BSNL), restaurant works but offers mostly very greasy food, and a weird problem of lizards infestation.

Rooms spacious. The bathroom is good and spacious. Big Park. Ample parking. Location is excellent. I booked 3 rooms. Bathroom gate of the room is infested with termites. Management needs to improve. Overall good for this price and location.
