Paramount Riverfront Resort and Spa

Property is nice and offers a soothing view, with river and mountains as backdrop, you feel relaxed and refreshed as you enter. Check in time is big deterrent, we were asked to wait in our car outside the Paramount Riverfront Resort and Spa gate, till the check out guests leave, room was not given till 1-1. 30, also extra amount to be paid if you want 1st floor or 2nd floor or garden view, make my trip doesn’t give specific information on this, creating unnecessary tension at the time of check in. Need to improve dining facility at the indian restaurant, it’s not up to the mark, quite a shabby appearance, we had to go to nearby restaurant for our lunch and dinner, though not many options available nearby. Standard of buffet breakfast needs to be upgraded making it a wholesome experience. Constant reminders start from 11am for room check out, even when half the rooms are empty, maybe it’s ingrained into their dna to get the guests out by 12, that’s quite irritating, request to treat the guests warmly, if you want them to come again. Property is great, just upgrade the food standards and warmth, since you are in the service industry!

Stayed at paramount riverfront resort for one night with family. Location is easy to navigate and resort is right on main road. Booked lawn facing delux room in phase 1 so found it bit small. Its ok for 2 people not more. Also no major facilities in phase 1 except small pool, lawn and game room. However, phase 2 is amazing with option of spacious rooms, large swimming pool, spa, conference rooms, river facing restaurant + sit out area. Thankfully all guests are allowed access to phase 1 or 2 which is 5-10 mins walk away. Food is extraordinarily delicious especially try the veg biriani. Breakfast spread is good. There are other activities like rain dance and boating. So overall nice experience. One suggestion for improvement plastic crockery can bring replaced with glass. Also it would be good to extend the restaurant timings as people would naturally come to relax and we found that last dinner order is till 10. 30pm only. Rest all good. Thanks

The property is divided into two phases. Phase 1 has a big lawn, a small swimming pool, game zone and a punjabi and chinese restaurant. Phase 2 is on bank of river where spa, bigger swimming pool, riverside restaurant where continental is served. One can reach from phase 1 to phase 2 by 2 min walk. Rooms at phase 2 is more costlier than phase 1 as it has river and swimming pool view. Room size are on smaller side but enough for 2 occupancy. Staff is well behaved, room service is good. Food at both the restaurants taste good. Game zone has air hockey, indoor basket ball, carom, table tennis, they even have badminton and cricket bats. Rooms are well equipped with ac, tv, wadrobe, geyser. Overall atmosphere is nice and peaceful.

The stay was good. Good points: 1. Very cordial staff members. 2. Food was absolutely wonderful. 5 out of 5. 3. The pool side was really awesome. 4. The location near the water body is pretty nice and picturesque. Not up to mark: 1. Snacks are not served in the room which is not good. 2. No drinks at your room only beer. 3. Most Paramount Riverfront Resort and Spas with that price tag, serve alcohol is included in room service and also a small fridge would do wonders. 4. No welcome drink. Well, if i have to give ratings, it will be for the staff and food, they are really good.

We had booked a glass cottage, but it was not ready when we arrived. As a result, the receptionist upgraded our room to a suite. However, we noticed that the roof in the washroom and toilet was leaking, and there were small holes in the false ceiling. This made us feel unsafe, especially since it seemed like someone was walking on the false ceiling. When we complained to a staff member, he explained that someone from the engineering team must be working above, and we noticed a ladder outside our suite. Despite these issues, the resort staff were very friendly and cooperative.

We stayed here for 2 days. It's nicely located on the banks of ulhas river, and being monsoon river had good flow. Rooms are clean and housekeeping service is good and they meet your requirements promptly. Property is in 2 parts, one main road touch and other river touch, with 2 minutes walk between them. So you need to choose your rooms accordingly. There are 2 restaurants both serving decent quality food. There is open air seating facing the river so you c an enjoy the view and breeze. Breakfast service provides good choice of items.

Paramount resort was beautiful and a complete package. River facing restaurant was drop dead gorgeous. Indoor games room were the best till date. Lawns were clean and big, we played cricket over there. 2 set of stumps were already available. Spa and swimming pool were also very well maintained. Staff is very supportive, helpful and capable. Only small problem was room was small but it's ok. If they provide at least a decent side table on both sides of the bed, it will resolve the space issue. Rest everything was par excellence.

The ambience of resort is beautiful specially at pool side. The service is average as they have specific ird service and for continental u need to get out of your room and step down to the restaurant and have your meal and yes the ac was not working of the restaurant during my visit am sure they are saving there electrical units and yes there is no mini refrigerator in your room. The service staff is polite, bell boy and the front office staff are supportive. Overall good experience.

Great atmosphere with ambient river side view. Would highly recommend this place. Worth every penny !

Awesome resort but too expensive food room are clean and neat go ahead weekend planning for group nice

The overall experience was fabulous. The ambience is serene and the river side view is beautiful. The rooms is not very big but ok for a couple. The food could have been a tad better with more options in the continental cuisine but it's good.

Property was clean and well maintained faced issues with constant reminders for check out without extending even for 30 mins follow up started before check out time

Property is at a great location, room and services are good. Breakfast and food is also amazing. Good for a weekend visit.

The resort was great overall, enjoyed my stay. They had many activities to keep you engaged throughout, just a con i would say that the rooms were relatively smaller

I had stayed in a glass cottage in aug 2024. It had a great view. Considering the price they charge, the facilities were not top notch. There were minor issues like missing cap on shower gel dispenser, doorbell not working. Food was average. Service was average. But the location of the riverside restaurant was great

There are few things can be improved like swimming pool water cleaning, food quality, staff behaviour. Otherwise it’s a good experience overall as you will find many options to entertain yourself.

Good stay , nice breakfast, rooms are a bit small for 3 adults. will surely recommend. however bathrooms are very very slippery and we almost slipped

Property is beautiful at a peaceful location. Bedsheets were not clean and also room shown in a pictures looks more spacious than they actually are.
