Breakfast and dining : breakfast is free of cost, you can ask the helper previous day what ever you want to have. Lunch and dinner as well they can prepare for you. Property’s location is excellent on the panchkuian main road next to the famous heart & lung hospital but the bungalow is located inside the society away from the hustle & noise of main road. The room needed attention due to seepage from the neighbour’s common wall but it was impeach-ably neat & clean with all basic amenities including kettle for. Tea/coffee. Bathroom was also very clean with piping hot water with good quality towels & napkins. Though 2 beds were joined to make a double bed, mattress was comfortable. The property is located very near to karol bagh shopping area. Metro station is at walkable distance. I would definitely recommend this property for solo business travelers & family as well

One of the most serene place amid-st the hustle and bustle of the city. Calm and quiet house with lots of space and freedom. You get a huge television inside the room with all outs subscribed. Mr. Sanjay is wonderful too. Breakfast was sumptuous and the beds were nice and clean. Thanks for turning a part of your home into homestay.

Location is very good. Host is very helpful and very quick to respond. Breakfast was nice and they make sure you get what you like and enough of it. It is a utility apartment so manage your expectations.
