places is good but management of staff is terrible bad location was very good in out streets of udaipur. we didn't went inside the City so that was good

On 3 out of 4 days, central supply of hot water was not available. On repeated complains, they delivered hot waters in buckets like some "Dharamshala". Food was also average. Room had no ventilation and used to smell. Overall subpar experience. At best, 2 star hotel. Not even worth 3 stars.

The property was good but there was a lack of amenities, very less Staff which faced difficulties, also in the pool side view room there was only one socket which faced difficulties

Horrible stay! No proper service at all. Only four staff running around like crazy, and every request took almost two hours to get done. No welcome drink when we arrived — they gave it after two hours when we asked again. No towels on the first day, got them only on the second. Water supply was on and off, and the lift was in a terrible condition. Don’t go by the online photos — the real place is nothing like that!!

Property appliances not work properly . Hot water issue in thi winter season. Room bed sheets are not king size bed it is 2 normal size sheets combaine in one bed so it was not comfortable

Property clean,food nice,low on available manpower as the available persons were rushing everywhere,room electric kettle not working and staff could not follow up on assurance. Overall a big property,ample parking, fully booked but does not get overcrowded. Could improve further on manpower strength.

"It was a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making a great first impression. Which room we booked there was some noice due to some in-house construction because of that they upgraded at the time of check in only & Our room was not only clean and stylish but also very comfortable, with a fantastic view from the balcony. Everything was good & convenience of the hotel's location. We'll definitely be back

Quiet. Calm. Beautiful. Relaxing. Neat. No surrounding noise. Full paisa vasool. Spacious big rooms. Clean big garden. Crystal clear water in swimming pools. 24 hours running hot water. Delicious food. Quick fast service.

*Review of Stay/Experience* 1. The AC is not under our control; its temperature is controlled by the hotel itself. 2. The refrigerator is not working; it's been put up like a decorative item/statue. 3. Water is not coming. 4. Hot water is not coming in the bathtub. 5. The TV is not in working condition. 6. The POP/ceiling is broken. 7. The bath towel was not given on time. When a towel was given, only 1 towel was provided, and after that, no towels were given for 2 days. 8. The tooth kit was not given on time. 9. Food quality and management are in the worst condition. 10. The manager is very, very rude and behaves like we're his laborers.

Many issues i faced in the property,service issue restaurant not available and water problem service proble and many more problems i have faced and all ready called to make my trip and confused problem

The overall property was good, but service is pathetic and also foos aa well.

It was good stay on weekend with family.My kids enjoyed in splash pool . overall we satisfied with the services of the hotel staff.
