I had a fantastic stay . The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious! Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel

Worst hotel !! Do no go on property photos shared!! Rooms are in horrible condition. Bathroom has no windows. Mirrors are broken beds are uncomfortable, bed sheets are untidy. And there is open duck door inside the room and also there are lots of cockroaches in the room & Ac was not working in the room. Restaurant tables covers are also not washed everyday they are so untidy. Swimming pool is also dirty. Staying here was bad experience for us. This ruined our trip. Kindly avoid booking this hotel. Im not trusting & booking on hotels anymore.

The pictures of property and the rooms looked good but when we actually visited it the rooms were not in a good condition. 1. Cleanliness and hygiene- poor 2. Ambiance- very poor. Very bad considering the rooms tariff 3. Food - decent 4. Manager - the property manager was very helpful and did help to resolve our concerns

Was not satisfied with stay as room was not hygiene and insects(cockroaches) were roaming everywhere as i had booked room for 2 nights with my wife and 6 mos old daughter no dental kit or refreshments was available where itself mentioned in inclusions that dental kit and shower kit would be available. We have experienced worst where bed was not cosy and arranged us with torn bedsheet and used towels.

Food and service was amazing. But room cleanness was very bad. Property is too old. Not happy with rooms and washroom.

The place is amazing with great staff. Loved the ambiance and the view from room, the room was neat and clean.

Well i normally dont write reviews but their services bound me to write that. You can book this hotel with no 2nd thought. It was such a great experience staying there, i was worried about my 18 month daughter's food but they cook separate food as per the request for her without any charges, all the staff are very good and the owners are nicest people i have ever met in hotel, they take care of kids like their kid.

Hotel was all-most on main road, hardly 100mtr away. 5-6 vehicle parking space available inside property and also more space available for parking outside property. Rooms are neat and clean. Kitchen available at the property. Complimentary bfast was available but its a limited quantity meal not buffet although food quality and taste was good and quantity also felt sufficient. Staff was very helping. Nice sitting/dining area inside property. Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide latch on inside of main door of rooms so that costumer can feel safe inside as key lock can be opened easily from outside mistakely/voluntarily if someone wants to.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. 5- excellent

We wear satisfied with stay, but hotel in lonavala exterior and interior was not col-our at diwali time, chair, ambience, cushion damage & dirt. Dinner at park castle was unsatisfactory.

Very nice place property and room are very clean staff is very helpful and humble best thing is u ask anything from them they arrange for you.

Good property, good staff, very helpful, we didn’t like deluxe room so they upgraded our room for free. All services were proper.
