I recently stayed at park central, and i must say it was an unforgettable experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The Park Central itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by sreekumar, the operations manager. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. I highly recommend park central kaloor to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks in large part to the wonderful service provided by om and the entire team

I had a fantastic stay at park central Park Central. The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant surroundings. The food was excellent, with a great selection of dishes especially breakfast. Parking at Park Central was hassle-free, with ample space available and the added convenience of a secure, well-maintained facility. It made coming and going a breeze, especially in a busy city center. Room was clean and the overall, service was exceptional.

We reached their at 2:15 there was certain heavy voice in room due to work.so that we left room at 3 pm and return at 6.30pm. while giving a room the staff must be little more responsible and should taken care of the customer who is coming from far... we would like to point out good thing that the restaurant service and restaurant staff services were excellent..Quality and taste was amazing..We have taken Lunch Buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast from the restaurant and we will give 10/10

Courteous smiling staff, Clean and neat premises with ample open car parking space. An hour's early chk in without any fuss impressed me ( depends on availability of room though) Nice room with all basic facilities and amenities as informed.... Clean room and rest room....Location : peaceful surrounding, accessible to metro and local bus stand in few minutes walk! I feel it surely is value for money!! Overall satisfied stay!! Was not able to taste their food so not able to comment on it!

Hotel is in good location, just few minutes away from metro station. All important places in and around kochi is accessible easily. Room is clean and so is bed linen. Enough toiletries are kept in the bathroom but the hand towels were missing. The bathroom wall and ceiling had gray patches. Food was good. Overall good Park Central and there was sufficient parking area.
