It was extremely bad experiences and I will never recommended any one to stay. bathroom are so bad and not been mentane as standard as been showing in the hotel website. staff are not highly train and not responsible.

Stay not good. House keeong not upto the mark. Accounting of mini bar items not done correctly. When questioned, the behaviour of staff is rude. Instead of resolving the issue they try to prove me a lier. Very bad behaviour of the staff that looks after the mini bar.Unless acted upon the hotel will loose its credibility. I have been staying in this hotel frequently but NO MORE.

I had checked in at 8:30PM but my check-in was at 12 Noon due to my travel even then the room was reddy, once I had checked in I had observed AC Wasn’t working and there was no clear instructions on usage of room facilities
