Park Grand Hotel

Property is at prime location right on highway and easy to reach with ample amount of parking for vehicles. The taste and quality of food is lavishing here. Multiple options to choose in breakfast. The amenities and room was amazing with proper functioning. Room service was spot on and all the staff members were so polite and helpful.

Clean and well maintained Park Grand Hotel. Good receptionist. Hassle free check in and out. Room and washroom good. No issues with water security electricity. Only hassle to reach the spot. A bit construction of bridge going on for that traffic regulations Ola, uber connectivity not that good at Haridwar. Overall good stay.

The Park Grand Hotel room interior is very good, bedding is very good, cleanliness is very good, the bathroom is very good, spacious. The best part of the Park Grand Hotel is you get the amazing masala tea, must have. Hotel needs to improve its food quality of VIT a part of that is good hygienic.

We have stayed on same property before covid. It's a well on road located property. Nice clean rooms and washrooms. Good tasty food varieties. They have continental, north indian and south indian dishes. Polite staff from bell captain to gaurd. Hear ki pauri is just a 10 minutes drive.

Rooms were awesome. We booked 4 rooms and we're allotted 302, 303, 305 and 308. Rooms were spacious and very neat and clean. Breakfast was complimentary and it was very tasty and very neat and clean. The food was good and the staffs were very well behaved and help full.

Stayed at the Hotel earlier. Enjoyed returning to the Hotel. The staff is well trained n the food quality n the restaurant service staff is well versed. The bathroom shower area needs some changes, as water comes into the bathroom while taking a shower.

The stay was very good. The cleanliness was top notch the room itself were very good and spacious. There could be improvements in the food served. Overall i enjoyed my stay here and i truly recommend this Park Grand Hotel to everyone.

The Park Grand Hotel ambience is good, it's an on road property so very easy to find, close to hear ki pauri, staff is good, decent. Breakfast is also good and can be improved with some more number of items like fresh fruit juices.

Hotel is good. But maintained not properly. Small small errors. Like toilet paper stand was broken. Swimming pool area was not cool. There was no complementary moisture.

Location related to Park Grand Hotel was extremely good. Staff was quite supportive. Food quality weas up to the mark. As far as breakfast is concern, it was up to the mark.

The Park Grand Hotel is good, comfortable and big rooms, location is central, food is very good. They need to improve on housekeeping. Though it's located in the highway but still difficult to get local transport
