I always stay @ Park Inn By Radisson whenever I am on a Business Trip to Bhiwadi/ Manesar. It's a great place to stay. Cleanliness and hygiene levels are excellent. Feel so comfortable as we always get Service with a Smile . Whenever any item is required, Housekeeping staff is always very quick. In the Restaurant also, all the staff exhibits a very positive Body Language. The Grooming and Body language of the staff at Reception is worthy of Sincere Appreciation. All the staff @ Reception exhibits Respect and Eagerness to Serve- again with a smile. Today while Checking out - both Om Bhagwan and Neha were excellent at Reception Desk. I worked for 25 years @ Maruti and I used to feel that we were working under tremendous pressure, however as we can see that these staff members work under so much pressure as they have to deal with different customers, yet they are always smiling. The credit goes to Senior Management Team for creating such a wonderful experience. Without doubt I can say that the Service Standards in Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspurs like Park Inn By Radisson are certainly far better than anywhere in the World. We had booked an executive suite room for a short stay. The suite has 2 rooms which are spacious, well maintained, neat & clean with bright lighting. Apart from double bed, the room also had a separate sofa cum bed which can be used as well. One minor observation was that we had to ask for hair dryer since it is not supposedly kept by default in the room. This was confirmed by the house keeping staff when we asked for the hair dryer. Overall, we found the suite room to be very comfortable. The Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur has a nice pool and gym at the terrace, but doesn't have a jacuzzi. The breakfast had a good spread of options as expected. The staff was courteous, polite and helpful. We had ordered in-room dining from Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur's restaurant which came within 30 minutes and was well prepared. For those who want to try some nice dhaba food, the highway king restaurant is just 2 minute drive from the Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

It was overall a good experience of my stay at park inn by radisson on 22nd october 2023, following is my experience in nutshell, upside 1. Hotel was beautiful with good hospitality. 2. Located on national highway. 3. Rooms and washrooms were clean and also very soothing vibes were in there, sofa cum bed is there in room, very helpful for you if you accompanying your kids along with you. 4. Breakfast was tasty and well cooked with adequate variety and staff was doing great job while serving it. 5. They also had the option for breakfast in bed but i had not opted for it. Downside 1. Pool was on rooftop and was not clean as per the Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur standards. 2. Pool table was operational but cloth on it was worn off and also it was tilting to one side which was not at all fun to play. I had booked my room with breakfast per room, so i will say it was worth experience for me to stay at this Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur.

A good place to stay for a family, especially in the location where the Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur is situated. We came for admission at great lakes institute, which is hardly 1. 5 km from this place. However, the buffet breakfast when it comes to serving southern cuisine is something which they should stop if they can't give a quality one. It's understandable they are good in preparation of northern cuisine and some bread omelet. The frozen idly, chutney, sambar, sticky upma, water e coffee. Made us very disappointing. We really liked the paratha, omelet n bread, etc

Great stay in a location that otherwise has little or no options. We were on a trip towards mumbai and the location makes it ideal to halt to then hit national expressway 4 to mumbai. Our suite room was spacious and clean. Service however could have been faster. There is ample parking here. The Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur however does not have a bar, and food options are limited. We ordered in from zomato.

The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was very polite, and the service was excellent. I had a fever, and the manager arranged for a Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur cab to take me to the pharmacy to get medicine. I really liked this service. The breakfast was also very good. They provided 24/7 service, and i was able to order-any things late at night, and they provided quick service"

I had a wonderful experience at the park inn by radisson. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! neha at reception was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11 am. Also they upgraded our room, so this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Recommended to everyone.

Staff in this Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur is very friendly. As this is new Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur the facilities and ambiance was really good. It was worth staying in this Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur.

Location is very nice. Food was good. Other facilities are also good. Just have to focus more on customer handling.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at park-inn manesar. Overall, stay was too good and memorable.

The stay was really amazing however there was no smoking zone inside the Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur and we had to go down at 3 am just to smoke rest everything was up to the par.

I feeling more comfortable with this booking. All arrangements are available as per my needs.

Comfortable room & bath. Service is prompt and courteous. The furniture could be better, not good for long sitting. The work table is too narrow, not great if you are finicky about your work space. All in all, decent
