overall stay was okay. staff was cordial but some of them were very inexperienced. restaurants were average at best. roof top restaurant was bad. location is tricky given bang on the highway and you need to cross the road for anything

Stay was very pleasant . Food was good. Parking area is bit insufficient. Rooms were very good. Staff were very helpful. Outside the hotel at entrance, water clogging issue is there which can obstruct movement while entering.

Excellent and spacious rooms. Loved the vibe. Only needs improvement on food and service. The only drawback was the service was slightly delayed and the buffet options could exceed. However we enjoyed the stay and the staff were very courteous. Had an elderly person and the staff assisted with a wheelchair.

Worst services for the price charged...

Location is okay but there is a diversion so had to take huge round about road to reach the property while travelling from Bangalore. I have visited them when they were newly opened and loved the experience but this time was a total downfall, right from the beginning to end they were unprepared and unprofessional, no one help with the luggage from the car. They are fully booked but they are unable to handle that capacity. The people at the reception dint call or inform anything about the bell boy they are giggling and talking among themselves. The restaurant and food people have turned to be the worst, we ordered biryani for in room dining.. the meat was undercooked and they forgot to send the raitha. The French fries we ordered were soggy. Morning breakfast was a chaos, they don’t have enough seating for their room capacity for breakfast. No place, no one to find the place, clear the tables or anything. The staff are unprepared, no training or instructions have been given how to handle the situation. Everyone s overwhelmed, it’s a shame for the price they charge, the experience they give to the customers. Close to 10 thousand is the room price with breakfast but in return what we get is not even a below average experience it’s kinda the worst. The only person running around in the breakfast scenes is a tall person with coat, I suppose he s manager I did meet him last time and a lady. Rest all are confused and stuck between situations. They high time need better management services. Yesterday I saw some influencer or vlogger, vlogging the place, what’s the point, ur already drawing the crowd but ur not able provide them with the services promised. So no point...

One of the best stays that i have experienced in the recent past. Was searching for a hotel in Vellore for a very short stay, due to a family emergency. Came across Park Inn by Radisson and though a little wary, went ahead and booked it at the last minute. Was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, right from the manager Mr Sanjay right to the front desk and restaurant. They were proactive, good listeners and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely stay at Park Inn when i visit the town again.
