Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort

We enjoyed our stay. The Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort was neat and the staff were amazing and courteous. Dining options were good as well (skip the mutton biryani though) all chicken and beef items were good. Thumbs up! smoke detectors in all rooms, cant smoke inside try to take a balcony room so you can smoke outside. (fyi) things that can be worked on: temperature controlled swimming pool chairs on the balcony will be great. The switch for the balcony lights should be in the room or outside in the balcony itself (if it was there we couldn't find one) the door of 3011 needs to be fixed as its a little jammed, we need to give it a push always after leaving or entering the door. (but this is manageable) smart tv with cable tv connection really? (why noone corrects this in any Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Forts? still finding answers) please remember the above points are things that can be fixed/corrected and not the downfall or negative feedback. I enjoyed and my family sorry did.

The property brand new, well crafted rooms with all required amenities. Food is delicious and service is prompt. The staff are very courteous. Mr.Jinto is very attentive to guest and taking care of their requirements. The property is right in the centre of the town. Overall good experience.

Recently i had a pleasant stay at park inn and suites by radisson. Though the room not smelling good initially, they changed the room and made us comfortable. Very well maintained room and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort premises. Will recommend to friends and family

we had a great experience. the room was very much neat and good service too. the only disapointment was the breakfast. menu was not upto the mark. we ordered dinner but dint liked it though🫠 however, the room and washroom was ourstanding♥️. sorry we dint took any picture. thank u

The Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort is new and has decent amenities. However, the service needs improvement given that the staff are slow to respond. The restaurant food was quite good as well.

The ambience was really good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Fort have swimming pool and gym facilities which is a plus. Overall good stay

Radisson inn, a brand new place in the center of the city of thrissur. Its close to good restaurants and market place. It's got a wonderful restaurant and covers absolutely great breakfast staff is very courteous and helpful

It was a good accommodation and good service. Although we have stayed in many other Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Thrissur East Forts in thrissur before, this was a good experience. We would like to recommend it to others.
