So the time we were reached 6:45 evening greeted by a smile as the property was empty mostly then as guy got to know we are booked smile became a cry. then he called someone we asked for room to see before at late hours room was not as per image but still we thought to consider as our kids we so tired of long drive .. we are on South india road trips last 13 days so we mostly book around evening depends on place we about to reach. We simply ask to change the bedsheet keep ready as existing one was too old when we come back from beach for dinner. at some 10:30 when we reach nothing changes .. we called actually there is no intercom we went and ask to change 10:45 I called n to change room and they said property is full then guy come at 11:00 we get our own bed sheets from Car for kids and us and Slept in such a room which is purposely kept even at deal for the rate. and property is nothing that looks like Photographs. it's just old building and color from outside.

Place is good from location perspective which is 5 mins walk to Kovalam Beach however there is no lift, there is no kitchen, there is no tea coffee kettle in the room. It took a while to turn on the AC due to some glitches. When I asked for airport taxi, they said we can not help you, please find yourself. Overall below average experience.

breakfast food quality was really good. but I guess menu is same all the time. they don't have lunch and dinner facilities untill we pre-order. The swimming pool felt a little dirty. pool filters are not running i guess. staff behaviour was top notch. so overall my experience is good here.

The park hotel facility in kovalam needs proper maintenance, front desk is not properly maintained, no one person was available for any needs, bathroom fittings needed maintenance, the ac was making large sound, bed sheets seemed not changed, food not available in reasonable time, when we went to restaurant to have food, the team stated it would take min 50 minutes to an hour to prepare food

I recently stayed at the park international Resort, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, with beautiful sea views right from the balcony of my room. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ensuring that I was comfortable.

Okay I like it that places are very beautiful and the view. Swimming pool are so nice Then the shops are very nice Then the beach is so nice 👍

Room was not clean and it have bad smell and they didn't provide towels and no tv was there and no fan too staff was friendly

Customer friendly approach from employees. Neat and Clean surroundings. Location is serene and peaceful.

Actually we booked 2 rooms of 3 beds but they only provide 1 bedroom with 3 beds. And for 2 room they denied for 3 bed.

Door knobs, windows, ac unit and fans needs urgent repairs and maintenance! rooms are spacious, but lacks clean toiletries made available. Pool is great and staff are friendly! centrally located adda to the star quotient!

the property needs serious maintenance and repairs. the only positive were the room, it’s courteous staff and the clean pool!
