There was no parking space for car no WiFi and I didn't find hair dryer in my room 102 poor service ever

I'm not satisfied with the rooms and service, Rooms are not maintained properly, Lots of mosquitoes and no hot water.

The room had bed bugs, was not cleaned properly, and there was no fresh air — very disappointing experience. There was no hot water, and the bathroom was under repair. The handwash area had a broken tap, making it very inconvenient

The blanket is in a deplorable condition, with a strong odor. The overall maintenance of the room is inadequate, and there is no access to hot water. I have also noticed noises from rats moving around in the false ceiling. Furthermore, I have been bitten by bed bugs, resulting in immediate skin reactions and significant itchiness. I am perplexed as to how this property has it does not merit even a single star. Roadside dormitories maintain a far superior standard of quality.

The hotels are not easily approachable. No hot water. AC was not working. TV was also not working. Hotel staff arranged for vehicle. But driver was not honest and committed with job.

The overall experience was absolutely pathetic. The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and had a terrible odor. There was no proper room service, no landline, and no hot water available throughout the stay. The staff at the front desk were completely unprofessional and had no idea how to manage even basic tasks like checkout. The entire management seems careless and unbothered about guest comfort. Definitely not worth the money or recommendation.

Near to Resturants and bus stand and railway station and room was good and service was also good nice stay

No in house kitchen, breakfast was brought from outside, it was cold. Water was leaking from walls. Toiletries provided on request. Kettle not working. Bath towels provided on request. Geyser not working

Washroom commodes were broken and was very dirty ,geysers were not available ,no onsite parking .

Park Iris, is so bad, don’t know where to start, AC doesn’t work, no hot water, you can hear rats running above false ceiling. The tap is leaking, the ceiling has mould. Dont take this place even if you get a heavy discount.

There is no hot water available in bathroom, AC not working and neither they are responding to complaints. Worst stay ever for my family.

Hotel is not so good and ac have water leakage problem water boiller is not working and no buffet for breakfast

First... The hotel doesn't have its own car parking. They have asked to park the car in public parking nearby( Hotel Staff has provided some token so that public parking doesn't take any charge). Second they don't have hot water supply. Third wifi connection is poor.

I never expected 3 star hotel like this every thing from room to service is everything pathetic overall experience worst according to cost of the hotel
