The spacious and impeccably clean room, spotless bathroom with hot water, and picturesque city view made for a comfortable retreat. The Park Palace Hotel strictly prohibits outside food but compensates with complimentary parking for both 2 and 4-wheelers. Navigating parking is easy with help from the friendly receptionist. The diverse breakfast options, including puri sabji, parathas, sandwiches, and toast, cater to various preferences. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness enhanced the overall positive experience. With gariahat within walking distance, i highly recommend this well-located Park Palace Hotel.

Had a memorable experience during my 8 days stay in the Park Palace Hotel. Overall a good experience starting from the hospitality, sanitation, capacity of the room, food, behaviour of the staff to the ease of online transaction. Also the location was quite convenient. I have checked in Park Palace Hotel, Gariahat Road, and the checkin process was so smooth and fast. Room was very spacious and bathroom and room was too neat and clean. Staff was very polite with me. I recommend to stay in Park Palace Park Palace Hotel as it is budget friendly and clean. Also, Park Palace and Victoria Memorial and Birla Mandir is nearby to this Park Palace Hotel along with other night places.

Room was spacious but upkeep and cleanliness of room and bathroom was not upto the mark. Breakfast was served on time and quality was good. Pillows and bed were ok. Linen and towels were old. Fridge was very dirty. Small cockroaches were seen at times in the room. Overall a good budget Park Palace Hotel in a place like bally-gunge if they improve the facilities. Taxis and autos were easily available.

Incredible stay! me and my family had a great stay at the Park Palace Hotel. The location is excellent. Right in gariahat. The Park Palace Hotel staff are all so warm and cooperative. There was never a no from them. We would like to stay at the Park Palace Hotel whenever we go back to kolkata for a vacation. Overall good experience as good as within budget. Kudos to the staff.

Location wise it is in heart if town. Service wise good. Bath room water leakage found at basin tap. Soap not provided in bathroom. Room was given just in front of kitchen which was very much disturbing. Kitchen staffs using kitchen door, was creating noise again and again, which was stopped after verbal complaint at 11. 20pm.

I had booked through mm t for 4 nights, it was a pleasant stay and joyfull as my small kids enjoyed a lot. House keeping was good. Food is fine and good. Made as per instructions. The stay was good, the management was friendly. Although the room could have been cleaner and the lift stopped all of a sudden.

Awesome location, behind Pantaloons in Gariahat. Huge and spacious rooms with double bed and chair and sofa and centre table and almirah with hangers. Excellent AC which remains ON even when you leave the room. Good room service. My fourth stay here 👍

Check in was smooth. It is a little old property, however, good. It has old kolkata charm somewhere. Food very expensive. Has lift. Near g aria hat flyover
