PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR

Date - july 2023 room type - suite group - friends duration - 1 night pros: - service from people was top notch specifically from people in reception, manager, room service and manager in buffet. - reception was big and spacious - suite room was quite spacious, clean cons: - not many amenities (only pool, gym and bar) during check in, we had an issue with number of people and room capacity. Booking was allowed for 4 adults buy room capacity was only 3 (not sure whose fault, PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR or makemytrip. People in reception tried to explain politely and gave an option to upgrade to suite room for extra charges. The best part of the entire experience was the way makemytrip customer specialist who assisted to resolve - gagandeep. Thanks to her, she escalated, spoke to mm t managers and arranged for the refund of the extra charges i paid. She was very prompt with follow ups, clear communication, excellent listening skills, great empathy. Turned the entire d bad experience into an opportunity and won the customer's trust.

My stay was for a night. I had a morning flight for arrival and evening flight during departure. They readily allowed early check in and late checkout. That really helped otherwise I would have ended up lugging my bags for meetings. Food is average and is expensive. Room service was quite quick. The room smelt mold. May be they need to check ventilation. Bed was springy and the pillows were hard. Being 1 night stay and for business purposes I could manage. For their quality and the location I feel this is a bit expensive. Overall stay was decent and would be OK to revisit.

The stay was good, nothing extra ordinary and nothing extremely bad. Few issues i had with the property 1. Breakfast was average, not a great spread but i guess its ok for the price 2. The 2nd floor we stayed had a terrible tobacco odor, i am a smoker my self but i found it quit repulsive. 3. The day we stayed, the PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR had let out the pool area for a party and we were not allowed to use the pool. 4. No valet parking spend a little extra and stay somewhere else

Pretty good and decent PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR. Nice food, good food, courteous people. Definitely suggest others to stay here. Think of putting some flowering/decorative plants at the entrance for an augmented look. Please check if plumbing issue is there in other rooms also (reported about this issue in my room)to avoid water wastage. Thank you for your service.

The staffs were very helpful and approachable need to improve the quality of pillows as it was hard. Food was amazing and served hot and on time.
Even the restaurant food was amazing and the staff service was great. Although the pillows were a little hard and would be better if it’s softer as people should feel comfortable while sleeping.

This PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR is compeletly amazing. As no one disturbs midnight. They are taking corona measure by sanitizing, the staff is wearing mask also the pool is closed. The staff is very help full. When we enter the room it was clean. Best PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR ever. I would like to visit here again.

Park plaza omr is perhaps the best PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR in this area. My office is close and i have tried many PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMRs in this area, this is perhaps the most professionally run PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR and the room sizes are much bigger than other PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMRs in this area.

Hello thanks for making me to book in park plaza. Price is little bit costly but really n joyed well with their hospitality. Room was well spacious for couple to stay. Restrooms are really neat and clean. I have been flabbergasted by their compliment breakfast, which is so heavy and delicious. Thanks

Hotel management was very good. They have to improve in food section giving more varieties and menu items. Rooms are quite bigger in size but not bed size. Overall it was good experience staying at PARK PLAZA CHENNAI OMR.

If swimming pool was existed i can go but they said us swimming pool doesn't existed i can't avoid it next time when we come fix swimming pool plz

The property is not well maintained. Looks haunted at night. Staff is good. Needs a face up.
