Stay is really very good. Food is awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. Nice rooms. Service is excellent. Only one thing I didn’t like is not able to reach hotel because of road work. Otherwise overall excellent.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not well maintained and I noticed cockroaches. Definitely needs better hygiene and maintenance.

Extremely disappointing experience.

its like a lodge. I expected a 5-star stay, but there were no basic amenities provided — no toiletries, no room service. When I reached out to staff for help, there was absolutely no support or response. For the price and reputation, this hotel completely failed to deliver. Would definitely not recommend — save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

The overall experience was very bad. the staff were unhelpful. the swimming pool was closed with no prior intimation. The housekeeping refused to even make my bed let alone clean the room

A comfortable and pleasant stay

We stayed for 3 days at the hotel and it was a very comfortable and smooth stay from check in to check out. The breakfast spread was quite good and the staff was prompt to help. Would like to specially mention Santoshee and Sandhaya who took good care of us during lunch and breakfast. Room was quite specious, though the bathroom had some wear and tear and needs some uplifting. Overall a very good hotel and value for money.

We checked-in 27th Aug and checked-out 28th Aug , we checked-in late . Front Desk Staff need to be more hospitable and customer facilitating , two occasions where we felt Front Desk Staff could be more accommodating 1. Insisting on Identity of school going kids , Front Desk staff should be more accommodating here rather than making a mandatory approach to provide one and delaying Check-in , Front Desk should be more accommodative here 2. As we checked-in late evening , we had requested for 2:00 PM Check-out next day which the hotel team had accommodated ,we had requested for 3:00 PM as we were running late on our planned scheduled and asked for 3:00 PM Check Out instead which the Front Desk Staff should be more accommodating here rather than again making a mandatory approach to Check Out at 2:00 PM These Customer experiences make one think twice if I have to rebook again at the same place. Pros : Ambience , Food , House , Gate Keeping and Restaurant Staffs Cons : Front Desk Staff needs a drastic overhaul in their approach to be more customer facilitating
