I recently had the pleasure of staying at the park plaza Park Plaza Gurugram, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the Park Plaza Gurugram's elegant and modern ambiance. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room i stayed in was not only spacious but also impeccably clean and well-appointed. The comfortable bed and quality linens provided a restful night's sleep. The view from my room was fantastic, offering a picturesque scene of the city. One of the standout features of my stay was the Park Plaza Gurugram's restaurant, which offered a diverse and delectable menu. The culinary experience was a highlight of my visit, and the attentive service only added to the enjoyment. The park plaza Park Plaza Gurugram's central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions, as many were within walking distance. Additionally, the Park Plaza Gurugram's concierge was incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging transportation. I stayed at the Park Plaza Gurugram for one night and had a delightful experience, rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The lobby's grandeur, with its high ceilings and elegant chandeliers, set a positive tone immediately. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist even upgraded my room to deluxe one. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a king-sized bed with high-quality linens and mini bar. However, the bed was quite noisy, which disrupted my sleep. Overall, my stay at the park plaza Park Plaza Gurugram was excellent. Despite a few minor issues like the bed & water temperature, the comfort, ambiance, and exceptional service made it a memorable stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious yet welcoming retreat.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Park Plaza Gurugram. Everything about the Park Plaza Gurugram was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Marvellous experience! The hospitality of the Park Plaza, Gurugram was very nice during my visit. The type of accomodation, the living area, the decoration, the foods. All were very nice. I can't forget the hospitality of Ms Rani, Ms Poornima, Mr. Shivam, the Chef of the kitchen. They are really dedicated for their duty towards the hospitality of the customers. So, again a grand thanks to the Management of the Hotel for making my trip awesome and for selecting such type of dedicated staff. 💯 !

We were on a business trip and first time we stayed in gurugram. Park plaza is a perfect property for family as well as business travellers. The property and rooms are clean and hygienic. Very fresh and with a corporate look. The staff is very courteous. The food is amazing. They offer 50% for lunch and dinner if you are staying at property. The spread for breakfast and meals has lots of variety. You can't resist to eat more. Overall its a highly recommended 5 star property.

Lovely terrace pool, our daughter had a lovely time at the pool. The in-house dining was fantastic. The breakfast was elaborate and overall experience was good. The only issue was sleep deprived. ! we had a next door customer who was too loud at night. But the staff was prompt enough to shift us to a more private room. So, yes, it is a good Park Plaza Gurugram for a stay.

It was a good stay at the Park Plaza, I stayed there for a week. My room was good and the housekeeping staff Sanjay did an amazing service! I was disappointed with the food as I got sick twice during my stay and there was no proactive response from the restaurant team too. Would have love to stay back here if the food quality and standards were better.
