I recently stayed at park plaza Park Plaza Ludhiana ludhiana and had a positive experience. The food and services were commendable, and the location of the property is convenient. We conducted a training session in the Park Plaza Ludhiana premises, which was well-served. The air conditioning was almost chilling, providing relief even in the extreme heat. One suggestion would be to replace the plastic bottles in the bathrooms with more sustainable options. Overall, a good stay with a few areas for improvement.

i am check in in midnight 12 ,but their is no issue with in few minutes they allocate room, today morning taken breakfast they care food for every region gujarati , south indian,easten part , secondly when she knows i am coming for gujarat - modiji state then i am lucky they care extra, they want know more information about ahmedabad what's differenc between ludhiana n ahmedabad, few global pm also visited to ahd . 🌷

Reema akshay shamita. I had a wonderful stay at park plaza with courteous staff and excellent hospitality. The room was big, clean and comfortable. I loved the food throughout my stay and not to forget to mention the help extended by reema, shamita and akshay were worth applauding. The indian Park Plaza Ludhiana industry sets a great example for the rest of the world in terms of service and hospitality.

My stay was amazing with this property, and this property is Ludhiana first star category property with their spacious room and Royal interior. Staff were too friendly. Specially, thanks to our host Vishakha. in all property was my staying was excellent and definitely. Good location. Staff support is good. Swimming pool is good. Few more amenities like shampoo, lotion etc. Need to be kept in gents' changing room. Fast food items shouldn't be kept in the room for display/buy. Guests with children will have tough time managing the kids. I am personally against fast food items. Instead some healthier snacks may be kept.

Everything in the Park Plaza Ludhiana was very upto the mark whether it’s the tidiness or staff… Our family enjoyed the snacks and kids specially loved the morning breakfast… the staff at reception was very polite and helpful specially the female receptionist were too friendly… overall a fab experience…will recommend to all

The Park Plaza Ludhiana is nicely located. It’s nice and clean. Staff is cordial and welcoming. But the rooms are very old. Need renovation urgently. Blue and red color room interiors are pretty old fashioned

Check-in/check-out was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Ordered food via in room dining but that needs improvement.

The location is very good, the best part of this property is the variety of food. awesome food variety specially in breakfast, very levish. The only drawback I could see was the bathroom's basin, the basin tap was not good and couldn't throw water properly in the basin. overall excellent stay, good humble staff.

Preferred Park Plaza Ludhiana considering connectivity, and food quality varities, however rooks need some renovation, i could see wooden floor tiles getting decorated, lamps in the room dull etc.

Neat and clean environment with good food. Like the mattress and pillow excellent quality. No any smell in the room which i like the most. Will like to stay again again in the same Park Plaza Ludhiana. 1 thing only need to improve is Park Plaza Ludhiana should need to keep some medicines for emergency. Thankx
