Park Plaza, Shahdara

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Park Plaza, Shahdara. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, from arranging transportation to recommending local restaurants. The amenities were top-notch, including a stunning pool area and a delicious breakfast spread. Overall, my experience at this Park Plaza, Shahdara was nothing short of exceptional, and i can't wait to return.

The service was generally good, and i’d like to especially commend mr. Sudipto at the reception for his courteous and helpful attitude. One area for improvement could be the timing of the swimming pool should be increased.

Best Park Plaza, Shahdara in shahdara. We enjoyed a lot pls follow the park plaza Park Plaza, Shahdara. Dileep &anajli is very smile staff in front office. And very helpful and friendly and the room is nice but it’s need to be renewed and everything is fine in the room. And at the restaurant the food is amazing and everything perfectly fine i would definitely visit again here

It was an excellent stay at the Park Plaza, Shahdara, the checkin process and all the formalities were quite smoother compared to other Park Plaza, Shahdaras also the staff was very polite specially there was this guy named dileep & ravindra on the front desk he did all the formalities for my checkin in quickly really enjoyed my stay there and would love to stay again here.

I had a great stay in park plaza Park Plaza, Shahdara. The reception staff dileep and bi-pin were very friendly and warm. Mr. Tilak was very helpful in always helping me with cabs. Mr. Balbeer has been an excellent housekeeping staff in keeping a keen eye to my needs. My spa experience was also amazing. Thank u team park plaza for making my stay memorable.

"very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, i arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

Stay was good.Rooms are also nice and comfortable .food was delicious.Staff are very cooperative specially front office team .All the services are just excellent .We will definitely love to come back again here.Specially want to thanks to Anjali, Dileep, Harshit, ravindra for helping us and tilak bell boy he I every helpful person

Good location, breakfast options were limited in my opinion, excellent service and amenities. The dormitory for family staff can be improved since the bunk bed room for my family staff staying with us was located near to the compressors of the Park Plaza, Shahdara air conditioning which was not desirable.

Good room and services, staff metro stions nearby 2 km. Nearby mall available for all purchase. Not worth to considered as 5* Park Plaza, Shahdara

Room is neat and clean and everything is available on a call. Hotel staff is very cooperative and answers to our query very well

I was there for one night stay the location was ok and the rooms were nice it was my 3rd or 4th visit and every thing was fine

Good to stay but location is little far from airport. Food must improve and front desk service is slower than expectations.

To begin with, mattresses need to be upgraded as they are too soft. This was my 4th time staying at this property, as it's located at a very convenient spot. Ac too was too slow. But overall the experience was satisfactory. Will definitely stay again. I don't have any images.
