Park Plaza Zirakpur

I stayed at Park Plaza Zirakpur park plaza, zirakpur for 2 days and my overall experience was kind of satisfactory. I had booked deluxe suite. The check in process was quite hassle free and smooth. The staff is very polite and cooperative. The room was clean, had a great view, spacious with all the basic facilities provided. They had already kept ample toiletries in the room. The washroom was also well maintained and clean. The food was quite delicious and they had a lavish morning buffet spread with multiple cuisines. The pool was also quite big and clean. But i would like to mention few things that can be improved in future for a smooth stay. 1)the pool water had excess chlorine which smelt bad. 2) some ground staff must always be present at the poolside in case of any emergency. We had to call multiple times at the reception to get towels there. Overall it was great staying there.

Welcoming and helpful staff: the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Clean rooms with all the essentials: the rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cons: the only drawback is that the hospitality is so exceptional, you won’t want to leave! overall, i had an amazing experience and highly recommend the park plaza Park Plaza Zirakpur.

While the property is good and amenities, restaurant and common facilites are good, the rooms are very average. Rooms are not even at par with 4 star leave alonne 5 star claim. Another issue is it you book through mm t or some other aggregator, they won't give u gst invoice which is a big problem and seems they are the only one has this unique problem. Didn't find them very customer friendly. May be the staff is not motivated enough to give good experiance to guests. At breakfast the spread is good but service is poor, noon e cares if u have water or cutlery

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The Park Plaza Zirakpur's location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at this Park Plaza Zirakpur was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I am always surprised by the next level of courtesy and hospitality shown by entire park plaza staff. Right from security at entrance to reception to room service. Everyone is polite, soft spoken and willingly coming forward to make you feel at home. The food and breakfast buffet is great too. But they did not have beer when i asked for a couple of bottles. That was unexpected. But still i would rate my stay experience out of the world. Thanks to park plaza management and staff!

Our stay at park plaza zirakpur was really very enjoyable. The Park Plaza Zirakpur room was fantastic and nicely decorated. There were all amenities in the room and all the staff including front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very polite and well behaved. The food quality was excellent and well laid out at breakfast buffet. Our overall experience was excellent.

Hi, i am business traveller and having regular visits due to official work. I like the Park Plaza Zirakpur ambience and facilieits specially breakfast and gym facilities. Breakfast having lot of varieties and the taste i say awesome. Gym equipment's are upto the mark and i can say i am staying in my home without home. Keep it up team park plaza.

Property location is good, a well maintained space, low in breakfast menu, otherwise value for money

I was found searching online location was near highway but excellent service and food was amazing great team, great food, great experience. We loved it so much, we came back a second time. Expect the staff to treat you like family.

I stayed there and also conducted workshop in boardroom. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Good place to stay and conduct workshop.

My family's favorite place to go. Great service. Great swimming pool. Had a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

It was good stay and staff also good. Food is fine just one thing had to say 2-3times for warm food in the morning buffet. Otherwise overall good experience

Location was good just one drawback is there about service of staff like housekeeping and but i must preference to stay next time too and pool water should be clean on time
