Warning for alcohol lovers: the Park Prime Kolkata doesn't serve alcohol as they don't have a license, but you can arrange from outside surely. Didn't try the swimming pool, but there is not a very good view from the pool even though it is located at the terrace. Rooms are quite big. Unusual to get a sofa and a work desk as well in the room and still have enough walking space. It is an old Park Prime Kolkata and so the furnishings may feel outdated a bit, but doesn't matter much as this Park Prime Kolkata is located very near to the central locations and rental is definitely value for money. One quirky observation: i felt the security guards are more courteous, smiling and warm compared to all the receptionists. The receptionists are very boring and look tired. They don't have time to smile and greet you warmly i think (

Wonderful stay and nice Park Prime Kolkata. Very courtney staff and friendly too. Theybcertainlybtake good care of their guests and needs. The staff does go an extra mile to ensure the guest is happy and enjoy their stay. A few things to note, the breakfast is little shallow for the taste and spread and the pool was not quite appealing as it was a little dirty. Else everything else was great. You must try their room service menu, thebtaste and food items is a good collection and serve good quantity. Absolutely value for money

Excellent Park Prime Kolkata with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ildiko, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this Park Prime Kolkata to everybody! it's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again ildico for going just that little step extra for the guests!more

I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at park prime Park Prime Kolkata. It is at the heart of the central kolkata(minto park) so location-wise it is just perfect. In room dining options are deliciously prepared. Breakfast could have been better with more varieties of platter but still good. Their service delivery is also super prompt. Finally the price is also very reasonable considering the location and infrastructure. So its highly recommend specially for solo travellers

prime location, well connectivity, big rooms are the positive points. staff is polite and courteous. swimming pool, spa, gym। cater to health needs. rooftop restaurant beside the pool is added attraction. . however, the property does not divulge the fact that no alcoholic drinks are served in the restaurants/ bar. one gets disheartened when one finds only mocktails being available in bar of the property.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The entire room was a sunlit one with ample light when the shade was raised. The bed was comfortable and i really had a good night's sleep. The food was amazing, and portion was satisfying enough. The best was the breakfast spread. It was sumptuous and filling. Overall on a scale of 1 to 5, i would like to rate this place a satisfying 5.

The Park Prime Kolkata is very well located, with a proximity to many key landmarks and shopping areas, as well as having easy connectivity with various modes of transport. The staff at the reception and the restaurants/room service were also very helpful and courteous. Overall we had a pretty good experience staying here.

Hotel is well centrally located in the city. Good connectivity any time of the day nice cosy Park Prime Kolkata. Nice rooms. Good food bed is sufficient for two only. Lilo grown up kids may need extra bed. Have stayed here many times. Little maintenance is required in terms of paint n touchups.

Had a pleasant stay at park prime kolkata. Only draw back was. At the time of check-in, i felt like unwanted guest! the warm greeting & the smiles were missing. How ever on the second day the front office staff were very helpfull.
