Park Residency, Kakkanadu

I am totally impressed with the Park Residency, Kakkanadu, this was my second stay there, infrastructural facilities, cleanliness, and the reception and room service staff were very polite and cheerful. And I must add that it is safe for women to stay too, I went there with my mother both the times and had a nice stay. Even the proximity is ideal, and incase you want to shop and roam around make sure to use Uber. However, the buffet and the restaurant service could use some improvement and be more accommodating and pleasant.

Excellent room not spacious but it’s good, I have visited many Park Residency, Kakkanadus but never seen such a clean room like this clean bed, bed spread and comfort, not even a single stain. Bathroom is so clean and feels good. Actually saying we were provided with more than deserve for that amount. Best Park Residency, Kakkanadu and room ever. Forget to mention that breakfast was awesome.

Very well maintained four star Park Residency, Kakkanadu in Kakkanad area. Food quality is very good. Value for money. Ideal for business people, location is very convenient and near by IT hub. Not recommended for leisure trip, recommend only for business travelers who is looking for a convenient location.

Decent Park Residency, Kakkanadu, clean and tidy. Good wifi connectivity. Not sure it is 4 star as advertised on the web. Breakfast was not included in the tariff but i had breakfast 2 days, buffet breakfast, decent spread. Also ordered room service. Food wasn't bad. For the tariff charged good stay!

All rooms were interconnected but we can't lock the door from our side to the next room inorder make sure that it won't open without our permission. Obviously we won't get the key but at least we need a hook or bolt to lock the door and make sure that no one will open that door and enter.

Hotel situated in the main road so easily approachable. Good parking space. Rooms spacious with free WiFi. Very clean rooms. Food is good. Very good restaurants. Good value for money. Swimming pool is also available. I recommend this Park Residency, Kakkanadu for business plans.

Excellent Hotel very neatly maintained, It is value for money, Good food in the breakfast. Room is maintained very clean. Swimming pool and gym facility is food. Room Service needs to be improve. Over all you will have very good experience in the Park Residency, Kakkanadu.

It was a good memory for me and very calm and good environment and all a the staffs were communicating very clearly and friendly.

This is my first time at the Hotel Park. The staff always make me feel welcome and do everything they can to make my stay. The restaurant were very helpful and the lovely and helpful chef that has been really special each time

it was an amazing trip through makemytrip. i enjoyed the journey comfortably and joyful. the prices were also good and variety of options for payment and has many Park Residency, Kakkanadus to search for through the makemytrip. it was great.

Nice place to stay but the air conditioner we're average. But very comfortable place and easy access to other nearby places. Nice restaurant and the food was good. Hospitality was good and the place was clean and today.

Good place to stay in kakkanad. Bathrooms and bed rooms are not that much big. You will be having separate car parking facility. It's a recommended.. But you cannot stay there more than a day since it has no other facilities like swimming pool. I felt it's bit costly.
