Park Residency Koyilandy

I had a good experience with the Park Residency Koyilandy. Rooms are clean, we had our breakfast which was included in our package. Budget friendly. Kappad beach is 11 km from the Park Residency Koyilandy towards left and same with payyoli and koyilandy drive in beach towards right of the Park Residency Koyilandy.

Located near the highway, few mins walk from Koyilandy town. Deluxe room is not that spacious. But cleanliness was good. Don't have a buffet breakfast which others offer but after all for this price, it's a better deal. Reception and restaurant staffs are friendly and courteous. Confident to recommend.

After entering the room we have a nice view of trees and all which reminds a beautiful village in the center of the city. Well behaved and very helping minded staff. If we need taxi at late night or early morning we need to book at evening. Else all are satisfying.

Good stay, the room was neat and clean. I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the toliet, better than most places. Room service was also excellent. A nice place to stay also bonus is the location and parking space.

Very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who did everything they possibly could to make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Clean and comfortable. Excellent indian breakfast. Very good value.

It is a 3 star Park Residency Koyilandy. But i'm giving 5 stars to them. Nice hospitality. Very hygienic and food also so good at ther restaurant. We got complimentary breakfast by makemytrip tq both

This is the third time i am choosing this Park Residency Koyilandy. Stay was so good have a pleasant atmosphere and staff all are so cooperative. Will look forward to stay again on opportunity

Excellent behaviour from staff, good location and enough space for parking. Room service is available. Totally a pleasant stay very near to Koyilandy Town. Highly recommended place.

Ambience is good, room size is a bit small. However, the service and ambients are good. Food served in the restaurant was superb.

Bad experience. The behavior of the staff and the reception boy was very good. Nice clean room and bathroom. But the air condition in the room is not cold.

Just stayed for night. There is a bar downstairs and the people became very violent in front of the bar and i didn’t feel safe there.
