A decent good room. Room was small. But very clean especially bathroom and toilet. There was a tea maker with milk powder and teabags. A small fridge was there. Towells bedsheets and blankets are very clean. There was a small restaurant at 1st floor. A pretty decent buffet breakfast with bread butter jam, dosa, idli, puttu, sambar, kadala curry, chatni and chammanthi.

Good ambience, service also good- but while check out time there is no employee in reception counted, waited there approximate 5 minutes. I think there is a staff shirtage in reception counter. Rest of the all services are good.

My stay was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very attentive. The Park Residency Koyilandy was also conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city
