Property is very good as compared to other Properties nearby and rooms and bathroom were neat and clean

very nice place. well behaved stuff. food is good. near to rail station. good connectivity. well decorated.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is okay but the tantrums are not. 1. Lifts ground switch is intentionally broken, they claim tourist run away without paying lmao. So you have to come by stairs with your luggage 2. Breakfast is confined to poori sabji , paratha and bread toast jam, that too very less quantity , entire day gets spoiled leaving an empty stomach. Plus, they don't have a restaurant so they will force you to eat in your own room. 3. Pics showing in hotel Booking apps is not closure to what you will actually get, i don't want to pin point here.

unhygienic the bathroom was smelling the service was poor and the amenities were not given as shown. And no food no breakfast given the room charge and accommodation was not available.

The amenities that are mentioned in your site regarding your hotel are that none of the things are available in the hotel... This is not expected from Make My Trip

Room and atmosphere was dusty like it was not used for long time before providing no cleaning of floor (full of dust No restaurant available on hotel Provided food was very oily and burnt. After telling the next time provide food was ok but qty less Staff behevier was good and location is good Safe for kids and family.. they have all room with good arrangements but due to online booking they provide the ok room

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Hotel Riviera.

Location is OK. Room condition is ok, need a lot of improvement. Food is very limited, not supplied hot, response is also very slow and lethargic. Overall it is OK for few hours. it's not a hotel, holiday rental type inside a complex. Not satisfied.

Location was not easy accessible. Room size less. Food menu not available. Complimentary breakfast fixed so options were less. Proper guidelines for checkout was not clear.

It is hardly a hotel, it is a guest house. I do not know how make my trip has enrolled them.

The hotel was located 2 mins away from the main road so there were no traffic and noise that disturb you at night. The restaurant at the roof was wonderful

Only the ac was not proper and booked for 2 but towel was provided for 1

Very slow service. Tea took one hour to come. Let’s not talk about dinner and breakfast. I had ordered the biggest room which was also the size of a pigeon hole. Had a very depressing stay. Thank god it was only for a night.
