Easy to identify hotel address Staff was very help full nice stay

Property: The hotel is near the railway station and easy to access. Food: There is no food available at all — not even a restaurant in the hotel. Amenities: The amenities are totally different from what was shown in the images. There are fewer cupboards and other basic facilities. Despite paying ₹2,900 per night, they didn’t even provide basic items like a toothbrush and toothpaste. Housekeeping: On the second morning, I requested the receptionist to have the room cleaned since we would be back late in the evening. I even asked if he needed the key, but he said they had a spare key. However, when we returned at 10 PM, the room was in the same condition as we had left it. When I questioned the receptionist, he casually said he didn’t have the key. It was late at night and my baby had already fallen asleep, so we had to stay in the uncleaned room. Other Issues: I also had to pay an additional amount for just 3 hours of early check-in and late check-out.

The property is okay, but no food is available—you need to order from outside. Plates and drinking water are provided, but only after repeated follow-ups at reception, and even then there’s no guarantee. I faced this issue back to back and eventually switched to using disposable plates and water from outside.

It was a good experience with this hotel , the staff were supportive and the locality of the hotel is also good.

Excellent gesture. But only thing is little harsh on checkout. If 2 PM is check-in then atleast it should be 1pM checkout. But I got call at 11 PM to checkout

bed sheets not clean and cockroaches present in the room. no food service is a drawback. location is good .

It is okay. Gejar functioning is not satisfactory. Restaurant should have there. Accessible is good.
