Park Suites

We were a family of 4 and had booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. The rooms are of huge size with a desk, wardrobe and sofa set in addition to which extra beds can be accommodated. Bathrooms are big as well. Furnishing is tastefully done. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location cannot be better since it's located at the heart of park street. The portion of french fries served during breakfast may be reduced and replaced with some fresh fruits instead.

That's fantastic mr bimal mr viplav mr khan provided the fantastic services i felt as i am at my home helped to locate places helped me for sending my couriers or official letters i liked there behavior while providing the complimentary breakfast always as per my requested time the staff is the best asset of this property i would like to stay here only while my future visits to kolkata

The property is just in a floor of building and it's just rooms. Breakfast is you can pick one from a list as they don't have dining space so no buffet. No windows in room, which makes it suffocating due to lack of fresh air and view. No welcome drink as mentioned property details. When asked they say the tea dip sachets is the welcome drink. Rest the hygiene and staff were good.

Location was heart of kolkata, park street. Almost all famous restaurants are nearby walking distance. Breakfast was fixed menu, served in the room. They took breakfast choice on previous evening and served hot in time. Large room with good hygiene. Both manager was well behaved and looked after us. Overall very nice stay, we travel-led as couple.

Loved the location. It's in the heart of park street, opposite the park Park Suites , and close to all famous park street restaurants. The room was huge and clean. The bathroom has all major facilities. Also liked the friendly staff and delicious free breakfast. The only suggestion is they may consider adding more lights to the room.

Had the most magical 23 hours in complete bliss at this wonderful and well maintained location, in the heart of the city. The hospitality was exceptional. Check in was a breeze. Food was exquisite. And the service was prompt. It’s so peaceful and secluded that it’s most definitely a place you’d want to keep revisiting.

Exceeded expectations as per the price range. The host and staff behavior is impeccable, so are the room and facilities given. Would 100% recommend for anyone staying at kolkata, book the park suites for an amazing stay at a premium location. Much better than booking any overpriced 4 star Park Suites .

The property is situated in prime location pn park street and is easily accessible. The rooms are big and have all the basic necessities which are expected out of a Park Suites room. The breakfast is also included as a part of the package, and is wholesome. Overall, absolute value for money.
