I recently stayed at park-side ( we stayed at their rooms near garden manor, i was impressed by the cleanliness and basic amenities provided in the rooms. The Parkside Residency | Rooms in a Homestay is conveniently located near the botanical garden, making it a great choice for visitors. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the staff. We accidentally left one of our child's phones (without a sim card) in the room. The cleaning staff promptly informed the manager, who called us immediately to take the phone. Such honesty and attentiveness are hard to find these days. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

I had a wonderful stay at this property in ooty. The room was very good, clean, and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, situated in ooty main near the botanical garden. Every tourist spot is conveniently nearby. Additionally, they offer tour arrangements with their own cabs. We utilized this service and found it very reasonable, with clean vehicles. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting ooty.

This property has a very good and pleasant stay. The staffs were so humble and friendly. The rooms were so clean and neat. It's located near botanical garden. They also have cab facilities for sight seeing purpose in and around ooty. They also have food delivery options. Overall my experience in this stay was so satisfied and i recommend this property for both stay and cab facilities.

Rooms and toilets are neat and clean . But Rooms are not big , But its ok for 2 persors. Main attraction is very close and walkable distance to botanical garden❤️❤️❤️

Excellent stay. Staff is very responsible and respectful. I'm already stay in residency. All time very nice stay. I'm one night planing but 2 night extend very nice. Near by city centre. Staff helpful. Room and bathroom cleaning nice. Full satisfied

The rooms were neat. The property is at a great location everything is nearby and available. Staff is very nice and cooperative.

The room was decent, clean and fresh. I read some of the bad comments but fortunately that was not my situation. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Budget friendly rooms go for this. We have booked the sightseeing package from the owner of the property as he owns the travel agency too. He guides us well.
