Rate is very highly charging comparative to the condition of hotel. Hotel staff is nil. No room service. Bad bad bad bad, worst hotel. Shame on you mmt!

Toilets were not clean, have stains and foul smell all around. Should have got better facilities at this price. Moreover, i had to pay rs. 1000. 00 extra as ac charges. Why it wasn't clear while booking. Mm t was also tricky in this matter. Food items are not satisfactory, they are somehow managing these. Overall, a so so experience.

Hotel was nice and comfortable but plus ask extra amenities as per your comfort.
View was nice and beautiful. We have also enjoyed the place and wine shop was near to hotel. When you chose your room try to chose room no of 1, 2 and 4 of any floor.

The room didn't have proper lights and windows.

The reception is locked at 7:00 AM even when I informed a day before. The calling bell for service doesn't work.
I wanted to check out at 7:00 AM. I informed them while check-in, there was no phone in the room. I went from third floor to ground floor reception. It was closed and locked from outside. I returned to the room, the bell was also out of order. Finally I had to search the hotel guy to check out.

Average type hotel, suitable for one-night stay. There are no room services after 10 p.m.

My family stayed over here on 14th March 18. The owner is staying in same building and a nice gentleman. The manager is highly cooperative. The reception response is excellent. Happy to stay at Paro redidency. The location is good. Foods are available in hotel on order. Lot of nearby food shops are available. It is around 15 minutes from NJP rail station by any vrhicle. The hotel have lift as well as stair facility. Elder petsons not to face any trouble. A good family hotel i have experienced. Ownet also cooperated for local site seeing. The room is clean and spacious. Located opp bidhan market which is the central position in Siliguri. Everything is near to the hotel. The room service is also prompt. Overall it is a good hotel to stay. Value for money.

Very familial behavior by the staff's, the owner and manager both are very well behaved persons. The facilities are good and it is very clean & well decorated residency, and of all the thing stay with us is no doubt the nice behavior that we received during stay.

Hotel is on the third floor of the building. There is a lift and car parking available. Hotel is in the core market area with lots of food options. Hotel was exceedingly helpful. Staff are very cooperative and prompt. Rooms are large and clean. Though no meals available in hotel except bread toast and omelette breakfast, staff can arrange food from some nice restaurants outside.

Very good hotel. Situated at the heart of the town. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The toilet was also very clean. The geyser was working fine. The staff were very helpful. Very near to the market.

A very good hotel with all basic amenities. Location wise also the hotel is in the heart of the city. They provide room service which is very prompt. The rooms are clean and well maintained. They also provide free wi fi which is comparatively very fast.
